The breakfast was good and they have a inside pool

They keep the pool cold so people couldn't get in it too long.. I book my room on booking.Com and the hotel keep messing with me about my payment telling me to call book. Friday and Saturday morning.. that's the only thing I didn't like. If I paid for my reservation yall need to call booking.com and not harass the guest

We requested fresh towels everyday (we received - thanks). The room was spacious and enjoyed the living room section. The hotel was located off the highway (convenient for exploring surrounding areas). Various restaurants were located nearby and shopping opportunities were good.

Breakfast was good (but at one point bagels were only provided - instead of regular bread - should have had both options).

Location, price fits what you get, hot breakfast is nice.

Breakfast was so-so, hot food was served, biscuits, gravy, meat, a weird flat boiled egg was served which wasn’t too great. There was no milk for cereal so my daughter had dry cereal. The coffee machine at breakfast spit out only hot water. The hotel meets the price that you pay. I will say the hotel staff does not put forth a good effort to clean public spaces. For example the bathroom by the pool was never cleaned from the previous night and there was no soap, just a watery old soap container. I spent two nights, a week apart and our room on the first night smelled like bug spray but the next room did not,

The location was amazing.

We stayed for a week and there was no hot water the entire stay. The pool was hotter than the water in the room. Told front desk several times and was not fixed.

THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL WAS AWESOME!!! IT WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR DINING AND SHOPPING!!!

MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE TELEVISION CHANNEL SELECTION. I THINK IT NEED TO BE UPGRADED FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS!!! ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS!!!

Clean. Good location

There is a tile coming up in the foyer area. The border trim near the floor in the closet is hanging off. This is in room 220. Minor repairs that need to be done. The breakfast was not appealing: sausages didn’t look done. Eggs didn’t look real. Not a fan of biscuit and gravy. We got a strawberry pastry and coffee.

Room size was quite big including a seating area. Plenty of room to move around. Clean. Beds were really comfortable but are high off the ground if that’s an issue for you. Great hot breakfast but limited seating in lobby. Friendly staff. Pool is small but was perfect for a one night stay for a baseball tournament. Wi-Fi worked well. Quiet. Elevators were fast. A/C worked well-almost too well.

We arrived early than check in and our event. We were able to get rooms and rest after several hours of driving. Staff greeted with smile and handled each member of my family in professional manner. The selections of items for breakfast were many to choose. The items I chose were delicious.

Would stay again and recommend to others as an excellent place to stay.

Clean and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable! Fast Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Easy access off the I-65 as a stop driving down to Florida. Close to many options for food and beverages.

The indoor pool was NOT heated. Making it less enjoyable to swim in with little kids. It uses to have a hot tub. You can see where they filled it in and they hadn't taken down rule sign for. The hot tub.

The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

The beds were on metal boxes which was very noisy. Someone in the room above us came in very late and it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling.
