The building was beautiful (love the historic element of it all!), the lobby was funky/fun, room was gorgeous & great view of the city. Food in the restaurant was yummy.

Although the room was large, beautifully decorated, & the bath was just as accommodating, the air in the room could have been better. We left the thermostat on 70° & it would randomly go from 72°-68°. It was very humid in the room which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. The food was great in the restaurant but there was only one woman working & we waited for awhile to get anything (coffee, food, water).

It is a small hotel and an older space that is being renovated. The modern updates are very nice. The room was beautiful! The lobby is quite small and there is really no restaurant (it's definitely more of a boutique hotel). Nice bar, strong drinks! There are restaurants in walking distance. I would certainly stay there again!

There is still some renovating ongoing. But it was not noisy. The path to the elevator takes you to what appears to be a space in between two buildings. The elevator seemed old and slow but got the job done. I'm sure it's on the list for future updates.

The interior is very modern, nicely designed. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, because it's downtown, so was close to walk to work. The wifi was down when I came to check in, but they still had my room ready and I didn't have to wait

They never had fruit for breakfast and the only choice was American eggs with bacon or sausage. What would vegans do? They should hang some racks for towels in the bathroom and add a little fridge in the room, because that was very unsual.

The property was located in the heart of downtown. It was beautiful and easy to find. The room was a good size for a couple or maybe a single person. I would say this isn’t somewhere you wanna bring the whole family out.

Parking is hard to find especially at night and you may end up a block away from where you started. They do offer valet but it is costly. Check-in was almost seemless until there card machine froze. We were advised at checkout that our payments weren’t taken. Although the issue was fixed it could’ve been resolved by waiting for the card reader to come back up.

I love the design of the place and the color scheme and the design of the room and the bed was comfortable and very large room.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a pool or fitness center and I didn’t know where to find the ice machine and the window are thin u can hear everything outside and not having a fridge and microwave kinda sucks, but beside that it was great

it was a very beautiful and chic hotel, very inviting into the space. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was inviting and comfortable, and the breakfast was big and delicious! When we left, the valet service helped us to our car and gave us cold water bottles to go. This hotel has STELLAR service!! We would gladly be back if we stay again in Birmingham.

Nothing, it was great! I would say they need to update their beds. they were a bit firm. But overall, very comfortable.

Hotel room size was quite large, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk area was attractive, well maintained and the staff was welcoming.

The hotel is located in a very busy restaurant/bar district. My particular Saturday night stay was quite loud from the traffic, even with a higher floor level. Likely not an issue during the week.

The location of the hotel was very central and convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious with a great shower. The room was pretty stylish, our stay was very relaxing and nice.

We had a room on the higher floors with an amazing view - I only wish the windows were clean to properly enjoy the sunset. Also, some hooks to hang towels in the bathroom would be useful.

valet was wonderful, staff was helpful and sweet, it was very fancy with a restaurant inside!!

elevators were kind of slow and made tons of noise which is really uncomfortable for someone with a phobia of elevators, the doors were sometimes slow to open, and at some points the sign to show which floor we were on would pause which would increase my anxiety.

property and staff was AMAZING! house keeping could have been better as they didn’t match the rest of the experience.

housekeeping was not great and only getting two towels and two wash cloths was not what I expected for what we paid ect. that really needs to be addressed over-all, but it wasn’t bad enough for us not to return.
