Every thing was nice. The room was very clean and neat. The restaurant was very good.

The only complaint I have is, I had to argue with the black guy on the evening shift about the free breakfast. We had 4 people, and he would only give me a voucher for 2. I told him my booking.com receipt said free breakfast. Thank goodness I still had my receipt on my phone. He wanted to see it. When I showed it to him, he grudgingly gave me another voucher. The breakfast was $16 per person.

The onsite restaurant menu looked enticing, but the dining space was disappointing--NO atmosphere, except for the outrageously loud music in the bar area, which was so loud we turned around and decided to go out for dinner. Breakfast gets a C-, for rapidly declining quantities of items (with a full hour left until ending time), coupled with spoiled milk, VERY greasy hash browns, and no biscuits/gravy. Plus, we had to go back to the front desk to get our breakfast tickets. At least they had turned the music down to a tolerable level. The nice lady running breakfast was in constant motion, but it was obviously a two-person job, even on a Sunday morning.

I liked how clean the rooms were. The sizing of the room was good for us but would definitely be too small for others. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we were going to a concert downtown.

I didn't like how hard it was to understand what the front desk worker was saying. As well as some of the comments she made to me regards to my safety. In terms of the room, it was a little dark even with all the lights on. Other than that, it was great.

The Carpet In The Room Smells Harbored The Toilet In The Restroom Sits To Low To The Floor The Maid Could Not Understand What I Was Saying When I Was Talking To Her About Just Clean The Restroom And Put Clean Towels She Put Clean Towels But Didn’t Clean The Restroom The Tub Is To High To Step In Also Some Of Those Mattress Needs To Be Replaced

The location close to airport was great. Staff were friendly, very helpful and fun. Shuttle was great at meeting our needs especially variety of times we needed to be taken to airport. Bar and restaurant were great as well.

The only thing we looked for were additional restaurant options when hotel facilities unavailable. Something like a Chili’s or Applebee’s would have been nice.

I loved the cleanliness of the room. Everything was nice and neat. No bed bugs because we did check.

The bathroom wasn’t all that. I loved the vanity. The shower was raggedy. It worked but for the money that was charged, it could have looked better than that.

they have bar & grill but we waited 25 min. to get help! the Spanish girl that was there with long nails and eyelashes just ignore us! she never even looked at us nor offer us the menu, the other guy was taking care of a table with probably 10 people! so he had his hands full and only when they started eating, I call him to give us the menu, the other girl was cleaning or giving guests their bill! she was nasty! the guy eventually helped us but they got to do a better job!! they should have at least one more server there! and some training too!

I've passed this hotel 1,000 times on the way to work at a local hospital. I never thought I would stay there, but I was pleasantly surprised. Clean, warm, welcoming lobby and front desk staff. Special mention for Giante "G" Townsend. He is the front desk team lead and I see why. Not only did he drive the shuttle to pick me up at the airport he walk in behind me and checked me in at the front desk. Simultaneously handling a minor issue with another hotel guest. The staff was professional and helpful. The shuttle drivers, front desk staff, restaurant employees and housekeeping tipped the scale for any minor room issues. For this reason I have stayed at this hotel again.

Restaurant food was good. Wish it was open a couple hours at lunch.

We did not stay long enough to have breakfast. They were short staffed because of the snow storm that came through, however, the staff that was there was excellent. They all had a great attitude and served us well.

We did not like the smell of weed in the elevator and in the hall on our floor.
