Sheraton Birmingham

Location is ideal, especially if you’re staying for an event at the BJCC. Front desk, housekeeping, and hospitality staff were all great and extremely helpful despite the large number of people staying for multiple events. Some of the best restaurants in Birmingham are less than 5 minutes of walking away.

While stylish and cozy, some of the choices made for the newly renovated rooms are questionable. The new refrigerators are warm when you get there and don’t get reasonable cold until after your first night. The mini-fridge is also in an enclosed cabinet so they perform even worse unless you leave the cabinet door open and in the way for the heat to vent out. No microwave in the room is disappointing. The “hidden drain” shower quickly clogs from hair and the cover is not at all easy to remove to clean it.

convenience to the Bjcc where we we’re going to concert at, hotel staff was super friendly and helpful with directions due to all the rd construction. we did valet parking and the guys were so nice and professional when dropping car off and next day when we checked out.

the only bad thing “NOT HOTELS FAULT “ was all the road work going on and several roads were closed that we didn’t know about before going it was a little difficult finding which way to go. called the hotel they were swamped with calls but the staff was so friendly and she directed us right to it. stayed on phone with us until we made it past the rd work “about 5 min”

The convenience and the location. My reservation was can't at another location and this was a last minute reservation. They didn't have the room I reserved but I was ok with the fact that they had a room available for what I needed it for.

No microwave in the room. No room service.

It was close to our event we were going to and everybody was very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy.

It was a little confusing to get around to places in the building. We had too stop to ask a couple different security guards. Which one of them was very rude.

The hotel staff was as friendly as ever! They let us check in when no hotel in the area had anything available. The hotel was clean, easy to navigate and overall a very comfortable stay.

Nothing! It was all amazing.

Very close to what we where doing in Birmingham and we planning to have another trip next year

We where not able to eat at the hotel restaurant because they had it blocked off.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was nice as well.

The only thing I didn't like was it was very unorganized. We arrived after checkin at 4 and had to wait in the lobby about an hour.

Location was great to BJCC.. Rooms were clean

Check In staff could have been friendlier and smile. Floor where restaurants were was closed off for other guest. So we couldn't eat where we planned.

Ice machine was near room, I'm handicap, walking short distances helps. Comfortable beds. Spacious room.

No microwave in room.

the price of $450 is crazy. But I paid it because my husband has difficulty walking. It was closest to the BJCC arena.
