We did not eat breakfast there so I don't know how it was, but we've never stayed anywhere that we paid for the breakfast. Usually it's included in the price. The lady who checked us in was super nice and fast. The hotel is in a great location and it is right on the beach. The room was very clean. The pool & hot tub area were nice.

I was disappointed in booking.com. I thought breakfast was included, as it usually is in other hotel chains we stay in. Our room had a side view of the beach from the balcony but did not face the beach.The room had few towels but we did request more & they brought them. I have never stayed in a hotel where we paid for parking. For the price, it was not my favorite. Next time I will try a different beach or try to find a better priced hotel in Gulf Shores. Also they need more luggage carts. Again, the staff was super nice.

Veronica and Bridget up front were wonderful. Very polite and attentive to our every need. Donavon from housekeeping was great. Always greeting us with a smile no matter if he was in the middle of working, he always had a smile when we walked by. From the front to the back of the house, everything was wonderful. We ordered a burger fairly late one evening and it appeared to be no problem at all. It was good as well, cooked to my liking and served with a smile.

The vacation didn't last long enough.

Veronica at the front desk was amazing, helping us to get an oceanfront room. The pool was great and just refreshing enough. The beach was a quick walk from our room and the parking garage made it so easy to access our beach chairs from our car. The beds were comfortable and I loved having a refrigerator and microwave. The keurig coffee maker was a big plus too.

The breakfast buffet that we paid for in our room rate was cold and two mornings we had to take the food to go so we could warm it up in our microwave.

Loved our room view of the ocean. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Ethan (front desk) person went above and beyond to help me regarding local vets for pets. He printed me a list of the vets around the hotel and gave me some helpful hints to help our pet adjust to the climate at the beach. I feel like everyone did a super job to make sure we had a nice stay.

They did everything to ensure the guest was happy. Just keep doing what you are doing! There is nothing that I didn't like.

Loved the location, the pool area and our balcony/view. The staff was all so nice. They always said hello or good morning/afternoon/evening and did anything they could to help us. Nicest hotel staff I’ve encountered in awhile.

Totally normal for a beach hotel, but the areas on the way to the pool and beach access were a little worn, as were the elevators. Again, normal for beach. These hotels take a beating in peak season with all the sand and water. Not a big issue. Our room was remodeled and perfectly clean.

This was are second stay at this hotel. Super Friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere of the building and lobby is clean and vibrant. The rooms are large and yet cozy. The lights are all soft, not in your face bright. The view of the beach and pool area are excellent. Breakfast is optional on room price and for us early birds a great value with special ordering. Dinner on location is a variety and value when the beach and sun have worn you out; they will even bring it up to room. Overall great.

They breakfast crew and dinner crew say they open at 6 am and 4 pm, They are not ready at these times. Not sure if they are not paid to start early enough to be ready or they are late employees.

The staff beyond anything else! While I was staying at this hotel for almost 2 weeks, they unfortunately had a sprinkler bust a couple of floors up from me, and the fire alarms were going off. I had my work computers set up and we were being told to evacuate. In the panic of everything I grabbed a necklace that was very special to me and put it in my hand. Just trying to get out of there with all of my things. I somehow dropped the necklace in the chaos and alerted staff to please look out for it. One week after I got back home. The staff called me to let me know they found my necklace on the edge of the carpet and sent it back to me. They also comped my entire stay because of the inconvenience. I was put in even though it was not anything they could control. The breakfast in the lobby is top notch as well. The location is perfect for just about anything you would like to do in right on the beach. I will be returning!

The breakfast I had was amazing. It was included in the price of ther room There was a lot of choice on the menu and it was delicious. The room was large and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable, both the mattress and the pillows. There was a decent fridge and easy accessibility to ice. There was beach access and a couple of hot tubs, not to mention a small fitness room.

They had no control over this, but the weather was bad when I was there. The Tiki bar wasn't open, even before the rain. It would have been nice to sit by the pool and have a drink.

The proximity to the shore and the balcony. The location near restaurants and shopping. It wasn't noisy, we didn't hear people nearby.

There were not enough attendants, only two, for the number of people checking in at peak time, 5pm. There should be a way to self checkout with items from the refrigerator and snack area, instead of waiting in line with people checking in to the hotel. There were only 2 bath towels for 2 adults. These were not terrible inconveniences and would not discourage us from visiting again.
