It was in a very convenient location. Had an amazing view. It was very comfortable.

Not enough towels! We had 6 towels for a 4 night stay. when I asked about towels I was told that I could wash the ones I had. I was also told that I was in a condo NOT a hotel! If I wanted to wash towels, so that we could shower. I would have stayed home, and not traveled 7 hours to do it.

Great location directly on the beach easy access to everything on OBA, Gulf Shores and Perdido beaches. Our room was clean , well appointed and updated. The staff was great, parking was good and the outside living area/beach access was great.

Our AC unit sounded a bit like it was a turbo prop airplane right before it throws a Rod. The bathroom sink plugged up on day 5 of our stay. But hey...it happens. Our room door code stopped working on day 6 and we were locked out of our room. Thankfully, the lady on the phone was very helpful and quickly sent a text with a new door code.

Loved the location! LOVED being on the ocean. Close to food and shops.

I didnt like how we had to pay for parking. They told me 20 bucks extra but it was really 40 bucks. We did find some playing cards under the table and some children toys stuffed into the couch. So the cleaning wasn't the greatest, we had dirty feet from the first night walking on the tiles. Tub faucet in one of the bathrooms was broken and ceiling fan in room was broken so it got hott at night. They asked if we wanted to send maintenance but I didnt want to deal with someone fixing the fan while we were on vacation in the room.

I loved everything about the hotel. Checking in was easy & the staff were great! The view of the beach was amazing. We had everything we needed in our room already as far as kitchen supplies & toiletries. The inside pool is heated so that worked well with us since the beach was pretty cold during our stay. All the guests were friendly passing through the halls & elevators. I could go on & on bragging about this place.

The only thing I would say is the parking garage was a bit hectic.

I loved the following: easy beach access 2 swimming pools with one being indoor hot tub price for the king studio was a decent deal the king studio is actually a nice size and can easily sleep 4 people

The parking is HORRIBLE! If you drive a larger SUV, it is so difficult to park. Parking is also extremely limited! the building has 18 floors of rooms and not enough parking. The noise from the A/C unit was awful the entire time. The carpet was stained and appeared to be dirty in the room.

We really enjoyed ourselves! I felt like we got a really good deal staying at Escapes! Everything was so smooth and easy and the staff were so helpful and friendly! Our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed from pots and coffee cups. We booked the King studio suite which was pretty spacious for a couple or small family. We loved the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Of course, we loved being in a waterfront property especially since it was completely booked with families and it was clean. The hallways didnt smell and hotel grounds were clean as well

The living room furniture could be updated but it was fine to sit.

no one on sight except the gentleman who sold the parking pass, all comubication done by text or e mail, my t. v. was not working but a man came out and fixed it. they need a clock on the wall . unit I stayed in had no outside view and you did not know if it was morning or night. otherwise all was great.

Liked most things.

There was no full length mirror in the condo. It was something we expected to be there since we were getting ready for a wedding. It was missed very much. Just a normal motel room usually has a full length mirror, so it was really expected in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! This should definitely be addressed.

I'm glad this resort is a well-kept secret. We had such a relaxed Labor Day weekend here. The price was incredibly low! The king suite was huge for 2 people and adequate for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean - beautiful property. Check in and check out was digital and keyless. Codes for all doors. Escapes will now be a part of our annual trips!

We were not told about the Murphy bed and how to pull it down, we ended up getting help from another person staying at the condo, after having my 6 yr old sleep on the floor on the first night.
