I must have missed it but I was surprised by the parking fee of $45. I thought it was a bit excessive.

We stayed in C31, we loved the spacious layout of the condo. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very nice and big with a beautiful wrap around bar with four chairs plus a dining table that seats 6. Our view was amazing! One bedroom had a pool view, the living room had both the pool and beach view since this unit is one on the front corner, and the master has balcony access and a big beach front window. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

In our unit, the balcony doors were a little rusted so it wasn't the easiest and quietest slide and screws on the handle were loose so that kept moving when you pulled it. One of the doors to the closet in the 3rd bedroom was off the rail so it almost fell over when one of the kids tried to slide it. The jacuzzi tub in the master had some black pieces come out when it was first turned on. The elevator between C and D building is pretty slow but thankfully there's only 5 floors.

Absolutely gorgeous view, very nice room with a full kitchen. Huge bathroom , with a shower and spa tub. Balcony to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Ability to walk straight onto the beach in three minutes. I felt safe walking around at night. There are tons of things to do around right in the area besides going to the beach, plus delicious seafood restaurants everywhere.

The only thing I didn't like was having to clean up every day. Good thing I brought a lot of my own cleaning supplies because I had to clean every day. I usually get a hotel so I don't have to clean but I got a good kitchen instead. Fair trade imo.

The property was clean and roomy. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed to make meals (pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses, utensils, etc). A small bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 packets of laundry soap were even included! A short walk to the pool and beach. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

The hot water in the kitchen was not stable. Only one time during our stay was it actually hot. We improvised by bringing hot water from the adjoining 1/2 bath to the kitchen sink but it would have been more convenient if the water would have worked. Please note - management did offer to send someone to check out the issue but since we were in and out so much and making it work, we declined the offer.

Very nice and clean. Easy check-in and out. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is just the right size.

My view of the ocean from my deck was obscured by palm trees. So the view I paid for I did not get. I'm very disappointed. The question below asked: Did the property meet my expectations? Yes and no! Loved the room but hated the view because it was one of the main reasons I booked this resort. So I can't say yes and be completely honest, but I can't say no and be completely honest, either. So I choose the positive route.

LOL! Please see the response to an earlier question for more 'likes'. But let me add: I liked that the Property only had 5 floors. My son was with me and he has a fear of tall buildings. I also like the large TVs in both rooms. I couldn't figure out how to work mine, but my son figured out how to work his 2 remotes and I was supposed to be working anyway. :) Also, as noted the large space and facilities of the Bedroom were awesome! Also, I appreciated the 1.5 Bathrooms and not having to request extra toilet paper. The response from the Property to questions was also great. Thanks!

The shower head fixture had corrosion, as did some of the plumbing fixtures under the sink. The blind cords were difficult to operate on the Bedroom door. I loved looking out of the door to the water, but I caught hell raising and lowering the blinds. Also, I would suggest checking the areas reachable under the couch when cleaning. :) Last, but not least, thanks for the cookware. It served the basic needs. However, it would be a fabulous + if there were more lids for the skillets and the larger pot, even if they were the silicone replacement lids that have edges to adjust to the size pans you have. Please don' be irritated...just a few suggestions!

Not satisfied with the text when room is ready program. If check-in is at 4:00, room SHOULD BE READY AT 4:00. Receiving text messages while I'm driving to beach is inconvenient. THE EXTRA CHARGE OF $45 FOR PARKING ONE VEHICLE DURING THE STAY IS RIDICULOUS CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE STAY. I UNDERSTAND $45 FOR AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE BUT NOT FOR ONE.

This place was fantastic! We could see the ocean from the bedroom and the living room. It was so spacious. The location was very convenient to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We felt safe in this area. The pool and the fact that it is on the beach made it even better!

The check-in situation was very frustrating. We waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes until someone could get us a code and pin to get in our room. We had to be the liaison between Booking.com and the actual property. It was supposed to be sent earlier in the day, but due to an oversight, it was not.

Gorgeous very large condo apartment with modern kitchen, living room large bedroom and bath and sunny balcony with ample windows. Sparkly clean, hot tub and beach towels provided. Wonderful place to stay right on the beach. Two heated swimming pools to 86 degrees, parking is a flat $45 for 1 to 90 days. Close to everything, all shops including Walmart. Great restaurants nearby. On the way north there is the Alabama Gulf zoo and Safari Cafe with delish food at a good price, but small portions. A fun half day.

The check-in process is a bit weird, with no lobby , just automated check in. I got in by 4pm though on theory they can let you in anytime after the 10amcleanup crew is done with your room. But really just awesome. Avoid the $2.75 bridge road, instead come in yet 49 Gulf shores as bridge gets backed up. Gulf shores 10 minutes away has awesome restaurants, but all around $17 each plus 10% beach tax rate.

The property overall was very nice. it was close to the beach and easy access. We thought it was extremely cheap that we paid $1800 for our stay and only received 2 trash bags and 2 toilet paper rolls… I feel like for a weeks stay with a family they can afford to leave a few more than 2 of these items.

The electrical outlets in the Master bathroom did not work so it made it hard for the women to do their hair… Also we found the floors to be extremely gross. Even walking into the room on the first day our feet were black from the grim/dirt on the floors.
