I liked the location and surrounding area of the hotel. Near to Walmart. First night, we arrived we ate at the Chinese restaurant not too far from Walmart.

The breakfast was acceptable. The location was very good. I realize, the breakfast was included with my particular room, and I was not charged extra. However, the coffee was too watered down. Perhaps a little More coffee than Water.. Booking.com false adversitment:No Balcony with this horel. CORRECT YOUR SITE for this particular hotel.

I stayed at the Westin at the Bridge Street area two weeks ago for quite a bit more money than this hotel, and this hotel out-shined the Westin by-far. New construction, VERY clean room, and a very enjoyable visit. I will definitely be back!!

The lack of restaurants within walking distance, but I'm not "not liking" that. It seems quite a few businesses and other hotels are building in the area, and I look forward to coming back to this location.

everything except the HVAC system in room

The HVAC system would heat the room to a set temperature and then switch to cooling and blow air conditioned air for several minutes before returning to heat. This is the second time we visited this location in which the HVAC unit in our room behave this way, so if there’s some setting that we are not aware of one needs to use to stop this, it needs to be made clear upon arrival.

Perfect base for exploring the US Space and Rocket center which was just a short drive away. We got in after a long trip and were looking for an easy and comfortable place to stay. The hotel was just that. Cozy bed, perfect shower, nice dinner and an excellent breakfast. But most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Nothing

Everything was so new and clean. The halls were well lit and wide. Beautiful interior and exterior.

The afternoon (3:15ish) check in clerk wasn’t that friendly. However the morning clerk was awesome and so nice. The pool was dirty with leaves. For the price, there should be a complementary breakfast offered.

Greeted by a very friendly and informative host, Makensie. Very clean from the entrance of hotel to our room. We enjoyed the fire pit area, very cozy. Didn’t light the pit, weather was beautiful. Didn’t eat breakfast or dinner. Close to the mall and restaurants. Our king suite room was large and cozy.

Great stay….no problems

The Hotel is really clean and comfortable. The location is nearby the airport. The room in hotel is warm and cozy. Beds in room are fantastic.

Everything exceed my expectation. I would improve the reception for guests arriving at night. At night hotel is locked and the guests must get attention from receptionist to enter the hotel.

The breakfast was great. It gave up and other guest options that were comfortable for all. The price was reasonable and affordable. The buffet was the best part for me.

Sunday's breakfast was different because it did not offer options. The kitchen staff seemed uninterested in the guest and not very socialable compared to Saturday.

Everything was so nice and clean! Beds were very comfortable and it was a great stay!

There was a $25 fee and I am still not exactly sure what for, but when I asked the man up front assured me it would go back on my card. I’m still waiting for fee to be reimbursed. That’s the only complaint I have with my stay.

Everything was great except the strawberries had brown spots, some bread items were hard, but everything else was fine. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Be sure every food item is top quality.
