The lady who runs the breakfast area during the week is a big plus! She was great. She treated my kids like her own and made sure that they always had enough to eat or assisted them when they wanted to make waffles. My kids are bottomless pits right now, but they had more than enough to eat every morning. Try the omelets. We checked out on a Saturday and that was the only day that breakfast was not the same and a little disappointing. The variety of foods available was just not the same as was offered during the week.

My only complaints about our room....When we arrived, our shower had a leaky faucet that was a constant drip and I quickly realized why housekeeping kept the shower doors closed. The following morning, there were big puddles on the floor. The toilet also seemed to have a small leak between the toilet tank and the bowl connection and would drip only when the toilet was flushed. As far as the king mattress, it was a little too stiff for me, but I was able to sort of get used to it by the second and third nights of our stay.

Clean, fantastic breakfast, indoor pool, gym, knowledgeable front desk staff, coffee available in evenings.

Our room had a very large gap at the bottom of the door and on the side it opens, enough to see in the hallway. Creepy. It seemed like the door had been reset or replaced and very poorly mounted.

Breakfast was ok. Wish there was more to choose from. The attendant was awesome. She keep it clean and greeted and conversated with everyone that walked in the breakfast area.

The pool water was ice cold. We could not utilize the pool at all.

beds hard, very uncomfortable and the vanity area was very small and lighting was terrible, I couldn’t see to put on my makeup

I had a lady when I was checking out that was the sweetest. She was a chocolate lady and she wore grey. She was there the morning I checked out (she may have been one of the cleaning ladies). She deserves a raise for the words of wisdom she gave me. It made my whole stay. People like her are what this world needs more of.

Location and staff were awesome!!

my initial room smelled like cigarette smoke and the refrigerator wasn’t working. The Lady at the Front Desk was Wonderful. She brought us keys to another room and checked it before we moved. she was working 9/11 at 8pm.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady ensuring the breakfast buffet was filled had the best personality!!! She went above and beyond to make sure everyone in the dining room was happy. She made our morning bright and cheerful! Room was clean and comfortable as well.

Everything was satisfactory

The breakfast was great. The person attending the breakfast area was the most pleasant and joyful person I have ever encountered working in guest services. I will come back just to see her. Thank you!

clean and great staff

the staff at night was loud in halls by the laundry room on the first floor. the stopped in front of our room at 8:30/9 and was talking loudly and laughing which it made it hard to fall asleep for our early start of traveling.

okay, y’all, I need your ears ….. this place is by far .. the best place ever. The staff is so full of life … good kind spirits! lastly, the room and bathroom were so clean. this is the 2nd time I EVER that I have not worn flip flops inside a hotel shower.
