Room size was beyond adequate, with well-placed, good lighting. Thermally-efficient window covering, lowered by chain. Relatively quiet. TV size and selections were fine. Staff was personable and competent. Coffee pods and coffee maker were better quality than expected. Nice long desk space with plenty of 3-outlet and USB outlets.

Room service never visited during the three-day-stay, so ran out of bath towels. No room safe. Bedside clock was set wildly incorrectly, and had to break into the unit past the "Staff Only" warning to reset it. Tissues were low-quality and could be sourced better.

I loved everything. Especially Matthew at the front desk, he was so sweet and kind and attentive. Any questions I had, he answered and helped me understand certain things. Also, I'm not sure who the lady was that was cooking breakfast on the day I checked out, but she was amazing and an awesome cook. Even though there was no server, she made sure to take care of everyone's order , and Matthew also helped clear and clean tables off to assist her. The night before I checked out, I am not sure of his name at the front desk, but he was also awesome in explaining the pantry to me when I came to purchase a beverage. And housekeeping on the second floor was very nice and polite even though I didn't require any housekeeping services she was very welcoming. This has to be the best hotel stay I've had in my life, honestly. I took this time to get the room for the weekend to get away since I will be working on my birthday on the 27th, and the hotel staff really made me feel so comfortable and just welcoming. Thank you so much to you all. If I could give you 1000 stars, I would.

I had absolutely no complaints or dislikes.

Very nice area; directly by the highway which was convenient for me being that I was traveling and just needed rest. The establishment is well maintained with very friendly and eager workers. Loved that there was security monitoring the parking lot. My room was clean as expected. Overall very well rounded. My stay was worth what was paid.

I honestly don’t have anything that I didn’t like. I felt safe and comfortable.

The property was easy to find and it was very clean outside and inside the building. The pool was clean and private enough. The room was clean and spacious. I would book again.

Breakfast was not free. The staff explained it was restaurant style which meant food and product were being sold. The elevators were a little fritzy and one of them became a maintenance issue during my stay.

Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating! We will stay here again when we visit our daughter at her base. Recommend the king jr suite.

It would be cool since you are in a town with Maxwell AirForce base if you offered families that are coming to drop off their kid at the base or a family coming to visit family member if you would offer a military discount to them.

The buffet breakfast was totally overpriced for the quality and variety of breakfast foods available. I would not eat in the hotel restaurant again. The server was friendly and accommodating.

Staff was really really great.

I moved there from another hotel to meet colleagues. Looking at the price I was expecting breakfast included but it wasn't. Gym doesn't have towels. I understand that I need to ask to make my room due to covid, but how is it possible as a new customer to find elastic band on the floor and a bottle cap within my bed sheets?

All staff was very helpful, kind, made sure we had everything we needed, and were especially caring to our grandkids. If we return to Montgomery again we certainly will stay here again.

the one gripe I had is check out wasn’t till 12 we were going to sleep late housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 to clean room and we were sleeping still then getting ready to leave about 10 and our cards to room were done deactivated so when I went out to car to load had to get someone to let me in room.

I was not impressed with the attitude of the young lady that checked me in at the front desk. I checked in on Wednesday December 15 @5:30 p.m. She was a young black lady with short blonde/redish hair. She really needs to work on her attitude, very standoffish and kind of short with me when I asked her questions. If she smiles more and work on being a nicer person to the guest she would be okay. If I had to grade her I would have to give her a C-.
