Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Montgomery Boyd-Cooper Parkway, an IHG Hotel

Easy access to the highway as well as shopping and restaurants. so many things to choose from as well as Costco gas station just down the street. Checking in was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to the king suite and loved it! The bed was so comfortable… and I’m very picky! I loved that the shower was stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash; so convenient. The a/c works really well and the room was large and roomy with a full sitting area with sofa and tv which was nice to sit and eat our dinner while we watched the last quarter of the Golden State Warriors win the Celtics in game 4 of the NBA championship game! Absolutely will be staying again. I’m sure this will be our go-to hotel.

Not really anything to complain about other than parking is a bit limited but we still got something close.

The bed was amazing!! The breakfast was OK it was just a little box with a bagel and cream cheese a orange a yogurt and 2 hard boiled eggs but it was ok

There was only one person working and it took forever to get us in our room and then when we came back from dinner the doors would not open from right before u go inside and I had to stand there for 15 mins before the girl came by the doors to get them to open and let me in other then that it was a great stay

My room was clean and so spacious. I love how wide the doors are because there is nothing more aggravating than trying to get through the door and banging into walls. The bed was so comfy and the blinds kept a lot of the light out which made for a great night's sleep.

As a single female traveler, I didnt like how there were all of these construction guys hanging around the front entrance. I was not comfortable walking through there. I asked front desk person to kindly move their vehicles and relocate the congregation.

Location and Breakfast was great. Also the size of the room was wonderful. Enjoyed the free parking and easy access to major roadways. Easy getting on and off the interstate.

A few issues with breakfast. They were out of pancake batter so using the pancake machine was not an option. They also had only one flavor of Cream Cheese, strawberry. I was seeking just plain cream cheese but that was unavailable. And finally the ice maker on the 2nd flor was inoperable.

It was a nice place to stay quiet and easy access to places. The staff was very helpful if you had a question or problem.

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned. No one at check in asked us what our preference was. Once I asked about it, they took care of it though.

My son left two of his stuffed animal sharks in the room. I called as soon as we got home after leaving that Sunday and reported that we had left them the are big about as long as your fore arm. The assistant stated nothing was reported for room 328 but I repeated to her multiple times it was room 228 . She stated no nothing I feel like if the room was really clean how it looks it is they would have been found. I did leave my information so if they were found to please call me we got them at the beach it was my sons first time so he was super bummed he left them .

I liked that it was by the interstate and surrounded by many food places. It also had free parking on the premises.

There were minor damages that I noticed in our hotel room. The only two I noticed were scratch marks on our bathroom door and discoloration in the tub.

The location was excellent! The staff was very friendly! The room was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly The front desk clerk assisted us with information and directions on sites to see! We’re very very pleased with everything 5 stars from us.

We will return very soon. Everyone was so kind n very respectful. We really enjoyed our stay. We will b telling friends n family to stay hear. It’s very clean we love it.

It was very costly. I have never paid that much for a hotel before, even during an event! I was driving and got very tired and tried to make sure to get a good hotel that was also a good value. This was too costly. But I felt I had to pay it rather than have a wreck killing me or someone else.
