Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-EastChase

Didn't do breakfast loved the coffee. the view of the lake and sunsets was spectacular, the staff was CUSTOMER FOCUSED asked if we needed anything every time we came in or out made sure we had bottled water, Cleaning staff team went above the call of duty to make sure we were pleased with their service.

A/C didn't work properly the first night after midnight. The hallways were cooler than our room and we had the thermostat set at the lowest temp. Called for Maintenance and they fixed it in a timely manner, the young maintenance man on duty on Sat 4th was very polite, upbeat, happy and professional knew exactly what we needed and told the next shift to verify that the issue was resolved since he was going off shift shortly. We didn't mention it but the windows were pretty dirty so we couldn't take any pictures, but we didn't worry about it.

Good location and nice clean outside.

The hotel was was good. My problem was I was lied too by Dewayne about my check put. when I checked in I was told my card would not be charged but just to hold the room. I was told had to pay doing check out. My card was charged anyway. This was a major property b/c, I was sharing the total payment with a friend. Now, I have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back. Vanessa was excellent in trying to help and explain. She started that she would speak with Dewayne. Just be upfront with the guests. My money is valuable to me and it was planned for a reason. Other than that I would stay here again.

The staff is exceptional and friendly! The breakfast buffet was better than any we have previously experienced. Miss Mona and her crew started our days with a smile and wonderful conversation! She is truly a blessing to your location! Would highly recommend this Hotel. Our room was very quiet.

The tile floor seemed a bit sticky, most likely due to the cleaning product. We didn't feel as if it was dirty, maybe just needs a good rinsing.

The hotel was in a quite area, and we had a lot of restaurants around us. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and nice. Breakfast area was clean. Food selection was great. Food was fresh and hot.

The telephone in our room did not work. My husband went to microwave his food and our to go container caught fire. We alerted the hotel staff immediately about the phone and microwave. Both times they sent someone up. The nice gentleman did fixed the phone, but then the phone went out again. The same gentleman came and got the microwave out of our room. We did not get another microwave, but were allowed to go downstairs to warm our food.

I liked the location. There were plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were nice and accommodating. Keep up the great work!

I didn't like breakfast. The biscuits were hard as bricks. I was looking for scrambled eggs and not an omelet. I understand that they change up to have variety, but everyone doesn't eat omelets.

The location was great. The breakfast was fantastic. Better than any restaurant. Super staff people. All very friendly and helpful. We hand room cleaning service every day. This was great.

The King studio didn't have adequate storage. It needs a 4-drawer dresser piece of furniture. The long business table needs to removed from studio room. It is a hazard in the room, It takes up much needed space. It is hazard at night especially.

Breakfast was good & plentiful. Clean & fresh dining room. Plenty seating spaces. Appreciated towels & washcloths changed out.

The toilet was too low for seniors! At least it did have a handle on vanity to assist getting up & down.Carpet seemed older & May need a cleaning.

The East Montgomery area is very nice and is filled with a lot of amenities such as Target, Costco, etc. as well as numerous restaurants ranging from fast food to classic casual.

The only issues I found with the hotel are not really the fault of the hotel. Namely, the aggressive drivers that use the Eastchase Pkwy as their own personal drag strip.

My family and I love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are soft and comfy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast along with snacks at check-in are just accommodation for a traveling family. Best hotel stay in Montgomery hands down!

We booked this hotel as a passing through on our way back from our trip. We were amazed with this hotel. The staff was very attentive, the room was very spacious, breakfast was awesome. Definitely will keep this hotel in mind for our next trip.

The room had a particular smell when we walked in but it went away. The AC seem to not be working great as it felt kind of warm even when we lowered the temperature to 67.
