Comfort Inn & Suites Montgomery Eastchase

Liked the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. We slept cool.

The front desk lady was confused about the new check-in system. She was incorrect about holds on our account, which made us very leary. The next morning, no one was at the front desk area. He was in the breakfast area instead. Customers were at the front desk waiting. They just left. I guess they got tired of waiting. We were watching from the breakfast area.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included and was very good. Lots of outlets. Towels were very nice and fluffy. They had an exercise room. Elevators were clean and relatively fast. TV was nice and large. AC was working.

We had a smart tv, and wanted to watch Netflix, however the TV did not have an Ethernet cable and there were not instructions on how to connect to the internet. The other thing was the AC seemed to go “off” for an extended period of time then the room would get too warm - making for a very restless night.

It's a little hard to drive into, but one can see it easily from the freeway while zipping by. It's worth going to. The manager upgraded us to a King Suite because of our 38th Wedding Anniversary, which was sweet, & the breakfast was impressive & excellent.

It's a learning experience to get into the parking lot. But worth it.

Staff was plesant and professional. The facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Easy access to the interstate and quick drive to nearby restaraunts and shops.

There were some contractors having a little Friday happy hour in the parking lot, which I found to be a little off putting, but they were packed up by the time we returned from dinner.

Paid in full up front when the room was booked. Upon checking out I was told I owed $42.00. Clerk was not able to tell me why so I refused to pay it. This left somewhat of a bad feeling. I will be back, but did not like being told I owed more money when checking out when I paid in full in advance.

I appreciated the staff - friendly, professional, helpful. I mostly appreciated the fact that my room was cleaned prior to checking out - hotels just don't do this anymore. The breakfast looked great (I did not eat, but my family enjoyed), and the coffee was fabulous!!!! Thank you.

I enjoyed the convenience of breakfast being on site and access to nearby gas stations and other restaurants. Also it was convenient to local attractions. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The easy access to 75 was great for me .

I'd like to see a variety of hot breakfast items and more luggage carts in the hotel.

When you enter the building you can smell the cleanliness of the facility. Staff was wonderful room was clean, breakfast area was a little small but overall not a bad places to stay. I will continue to stay here if I ever come back this way.👍🏾

The tissue holder in the bathroom could be placed a little better and it was really hard for me to explain things to the housekeeper. It’s important to make sure your staff has good communication skills.

When you 1st walk in. The smell is wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The room was spacious. The breakfast choices touched every guest. Convenient to everything. I will definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.

Loved the beds. Very comfortable. Extremely clean. Very impressed with the size of the room. Plenty of towels. Helpful staff. And very quiet inspite of being so close to the expressway. Would most definitely stay here again.
