The hotel was stunning and the rooms were quiet even in the midst of a convention event.

The bathtub did not drain properly while the shower was running. The issues was not fixed in time for my two day stay.

Clean and comfortable

Rooms should have hours of restaurant and a menu. I called to see what yime it opened, was told 6 am. I go down to breakfast only to find out that hot food is not available until 8 am and I thought 9$ was too much for what was offered on the continental breakfast

Clean hotel, friendly staff

Had a nice selection for breakfast, made to order but the cook was new or in a hurry & my food was not cooked completely twice. I think the “cook” is a little too young to be a cook but I also understand that you have who you have & at least they had someone to cook.

There was a new girl training … not friendly at all and didn’t want the girl training to suggest anything … but it was obvious that she didn’t know what she was doing . The girl training her was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY !!

From the time I walked into the lobby, the Hilton spoke "prestige". The lobby decorations were elegant and quite tasteful. Ms. Carolyn Tyus of the front desk welcomed us as if we were staying at her private home. She was friendly, and totally amusing as she engaged us in relevant conversation. Because of her, I will ALWAY stay at this hotel when I go to Montgomery, which happens to be at least three times per year. My room was fabulous! The common area across the desk, television and drawers was so huge, I could turn a cartwheel there, if I chose to do so. Showers were clean, housekeeping staff were very friendly, and it was easy to control the temperature in the room. The hallway carpet looked very fresh as well...very, very clean. I love the fact that wipes and sanitizer were readily available in elevators, in the lobby and in other public areas....the fitness center too. I am SO in love with this hotel. Oh, and did I mention that I could walk across the lot to Burlington and across the street to the outdoor mall. Oh, yeah!

I didn't like the fact that breakfast isn't free, as with other similar hotels on Eastchase Parkway.

My food at the bar the first night was exceptional! The next night it was not so. The drinks at the bar were good. Ordered breakfast, it was ok… could’ve been better. Waffle maker wasn’t working had to settle for pancakes, should offer complimentary breakfast for guests.

I loved everything about the property except for minor things .

I didn’t like that whoever stayed in the room last left an coffee cup with trash inside of the ice box. & room service didn’t take care of it it’s minor but I expected everything to be clean

I am picky about cleanliness and the room and hotel in general was clean. Please continue to give special and visible efforts at sanitation as long as this pandemic exists and this would keep me and my family coming back to your properties.

We had to pay for breakfast. Breakfast was mentioned at check in but I don’t believe I was told we’d have to pay. I just thought it would be continental. Thank you

Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Liked choice of shower heads.

Curtain didn't come all the way down to completely black out light. I like complete darkness when sleeping.
