The office staff throughout the day, and, evening were all really nice folks, and, very accomodating. The bed in my room was very comfortable. The shower was great. The breakfast was waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, all hot, and, delicious! Pastries, cereals, and, other items, along with coffee, and, several types of fruit juices, were also available. The Inn is in a safe location, and, close to restaurants, gas stations, Walmart, and other shopping places.

The Inn is undergoing renovations in every room. I did not have a clothes rod in my closet to hang my coats etc. on. This was really no problem as far as I was concerned. There were signs at the front desk telling folks about the renovations, and, the fact that some rooms may not have clothes rods in the closets. The signs were posted for everyone to see.

Check in was super easy, the front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were only here for one night as we were traveling to Florida. Breakfast was okay, I'm not really a waffle person so I just had toast and coffee.

We didn't experience any major issues during our stay. However, we did have some VERY noisy neighbors upstairs, we were hearing loud bangs and thumps like someone was running around. I had some trouble trying to fall asleep, but it finally quieted down around midnight. Only note I would add on breakfast, is please have jelly and butter available for the toast.

My room was nice, with plenty of places to set my luggage, and, equipment on. I was on a deer hunting trip, and, had several bags with regular clothes, hunting clothes, gun case, and, related items. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was nice with a great shower that was very easy to adjust. I ate breakfast there 2 mornings. It was really good! Both mornings there was sausage, bacon, waffles, toast, pastry items, cereals, fruit juices, yogurt, coffee, etc. There was such a great variety of breakfast items, there was something there for everyone. There was plenty of parking spaces. And, the parking area had good lighting all around it. I might add that there were a number of other hunters staying there during my stay. This area of Alabama is "hunting country," so, none of the motel staff, (as far as I know), had any problem with hunters, and, their firearms during my stay. The motel is close to restaurants, gas stations, and, the local Walmart. The motel is located right off I-85, easy "exit," and, "entrance" on, and, off the freeway. Even though I don't live down there, and, can't say for sure, but, I felt like the motel is located in what I would call a "nice area" of Montgomery.

The staff was extremely pleasant upon checking in. Upon arrival which was early I might as, my room was ready and I was able to check in right away. The room was just cleaned and I needed assistance with the ac unit. The staff was quick with responding and assisted me.

The carpet in the halls could possibly be replaced as well as some boards. There are a few loose boards when you walk in the halls which makes it a little uncomfortable when you walk

The floor was hot the temperature gage read 80 degrees. The sheets looked like they were not washed. The tug tub had a huge rust stain. The bed did not sleep well at all. Too springy. The floor felt dirty. The breakfast ok and the coffee was good. Some of your employees were great and some were unapproachable. And it's weird to mop the main lobby floor when guest are trying to leave to go to their car.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was great. Definitely will stay here next trip to the casino

The pool and pool area could have been cleaned better. But we enjoyed it overall

The location was perfect it was central to everything I needed on this trip. The staff were amazing, I had a special event to attend and they made sure everything was set. Breakfast was also good.

The room felt wet. That's the only thing that made me a little uncomfortable.

The staff were marvelous. The bed and shower were great. Good tv, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. So wonderful to have something for breakfast. The sausages were really tasty. Beautiful area of town with a plethora of wonderful restaurants and stores.

The carpets were pretty dirty, need a real deep cleaning or replacement. Always wish breakfast was a little longer. Been an evening worker all my life and can’t seem to get my body clock turned around to mornings. If somehow breakfast could be a little longer maybe by just 1/2 hour it would be super. I know you want us out by eleven so best not have folks lingering at breakfast might be your reasoning. Wish we could stay longer but average $100 a day really isn’t in our budget. We’re evacuees from IDA in New Orleans, weekly rates would be ideal.

Lovely experience. All of the staff were fantastic- so warm and friendly. The room was exactly as you'd expect. Everything you need, and a good experience overall

The AC was loud, and the pillows were a bit small.

The staff were very kind and the breakfast included may have been simple, but it was good for an included brekkie.

Maybe some day upgrade vending machine to be able to use Card.
