Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean. Price was a little high for this level of accommodation.

First hotel we have stayed in that did not have a television remote in the room. Having to go to the front desk was a minor inconvenience and with no channel guide other than the one on the cable made it difficult to find wanted networks. Identifying by station call letters was difficult and pretty useless if you are not familiar with the area. Having a hard copy of station offerings is a much better way to find wanted stations rather than having to scroll through hundreds of channels.

Great location, nice room, good breakfast area and food

I arrived at 3:00 and was check in time wasn’t until 4:00. I knew that wasn’t true because I stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever I travel. The woman actually told me to go somewhere else and she would call me when my room was ready. 😱

We used this hotel as a midway stop from home to our destination in Florida and then when we came back through. It was in a convenient location for that. The breakfast that was served was good and there was enough to fill us. We have a disabled foster son and the staff were quite helpful in getting us a room appropriate for us.

At this time, I cannot think of anything that we were dissatisfied with.

The lady who checked us in acted like it was a bother to have to deal with us. Deffinately not a people person, not one smile crossed her face during the transaction. She seemed very annoyed. Not at all what we are used too because we try to be friendly to everyone and she just was not having any of it. I felt sad for her...

Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable which is unusual for me to find. Air conditioner worked perfectly! Oh and the shower was fantastic!

The cost was the only thing I didn't like. But everything has gone up. It was just a bit painful.

Nice clean spacious room

Ask for housekeeping they never came. Ask for more than 2 towels and wash clothes since I stayed 3 nights they were really stingy writing down the number extra they gave me like I was gonna steal them.

The location is great and the breakfast is good. Some of the foods weren’t out due to Covid restrictions. It’s a clean place, except the tub could have been a little cleaner.

I didn’t like the skylight in our room. We stayed in the Presidential suite. The pool was broken all week. The guy at the front desk was rude. He wasn’t just rude to us, but to each guest we heard him talking to. Our tub could have been cleaner.

Very nice and clean. Different type of floor plan. Rooms are large and well lit. Even has a ceiling light! The writing desk is really large, plus there's a chair with an ottoman in the room.

A little costly. Getting away from bar soaps. Sometimes you want to soak in the tub. The soap for showing is difficult to reach for bathing.

You need to start serving grits and more fruits

Eggs, cold biscuits. You got to figure out how to keep food hot.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Room was clean, stocked, everything worked great, pool was nice, breakfast was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay here!

Pool closed at 7pm.
