Courtyard by Marriott Birmingham Trussville

Family oriented, very clean, great room, with table, desk with chair, another chair for sitting with a “sofa” table on the side; our room had two queen beds, nice soft beds with soft pillows (provided a great nights sleep.) The full bath was very spacious. There is a nice little gym ( we didn’t take advantage of; to tired from travels).

Not sure if it was because of COVID-19 or staffing issues, but the Starbucks coffee Bistro was closed (there were advertisements on the video telling about the facility showing the Starbucks; myself and my 2 granddaughters were so excited only to have our bubble burst later that evening when we found out it was closed. My oldest granddaughter refused to swim because the pool was to small for the handful of guests that were there, plus the fact there was no hot tub.

My husband and I only stayed here one night. I loved the location! We felt very safe and restaurants and shopping are really close. The service here was wonderful as well. The lady at check-in was so friendly and the check-in process was fast and easy. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The parking lot was well lit and the property well maintained.

I think the price was a little high.

The guy working the breakfast bar was totally overwhelmed. There should have been three people working and there was only one. He did the best he could , and the desk staff jumped in and helped, but disappointing

Room was extremely nice..nice size and had a cozy feeling...Bed was extremely comfortable..I think the shower could be remodel jus to accommodate the rest of the room..But overall very nice room..

Beginning to think the Marriott doesn't like..I think for the price I wasn't able to relax nor sleep in considering the drive down..Kids above me start running around late at night early during the morning..Pool was closed..Stay in another Marriott last weekend and their were so didn't think to ask bout this location..Breakfast only consist of lunch bag with really nothing to offer considering the Marriott had different options on muffins cereal etc..Felt like I wasted because couldn't return since their was nothing in it that I ate..Think I would consider rebooting once covid-19 passes...

The free breakfast wasn't free and was basically fruit in a cup and orange juice. I still went to get breakfast nearby. The intercontinental breakfast should be removed from the booking.com

Alton was hosting the front desk when we checked in. it was late and rainy that night but he made the check in a pleasurable experience!

Very clean,,,great beds,,,could have had a breakfast facility,,,really missed that. Very quiet, excellent shower, good HVAC system,,,excellent proximity to Barber Motorsport Park

Room was exactly what we needed and handicapped bathroom was great, complete with shower chair. Desk associate was so friendly and helpful - was able to give us information about restaurants and shopping too. Great employee.

food and bar services not in hotel but so many restaurant so close, it was okay.

The Service Was Great Ervin Hills Was Super Great And Very Helpful He Made Sure That We Had Everything We Needed To Feel Like We Were At Home.
