When checked in John (at the front desk) said that my credit card had been declined. I said I had prepaid though Booking.com. They went ahead and charged my card again, but since took the charge off. They said it will be several days before it will credit on my card, since then my cut off on my card is the 20th of the month, so likely it will hit my credit card statement BEFORE the credit arrives. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Other than this stay was very well.

This is an exceptional hotel. The Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. The lobby was very clean and had coffee and tea available for us. Great service. The parking lot was super clean and large. Plenty of space. I think this hotel was convenient in all ways. Breakfast had many offerings. A very nice variety and fresh. Excellent.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Everything was clean and friendly.

I am not a breakfast person, but I do go down for juice and coffee, the coffee is great and the breakfast area is vey welcoming. The staff is very friendly, warm and welcoming.

The TV, some are so confusing, hard to get to guide. Nothing earth shattering, but a channel guide actually in the room would help people like me who always has issues with anything technical.

Stayed here to go to Barber museum for my birthday. Great place , super clean and well looked after . Staff were all great . Special thanks for Will who helped my partner put a gift package together and leave it my room . She had called from Australia and Will was super helpful Thanks for a great stay

Great location , great value, very clean. Was not happy with dogs being allowed in the hotel. Makes it stink . Very unhappy with dogs in the breakfast area.

Not happy with dog policy . Dogs do not need to be allowed in hotels . If your going allow dogs, you might as well allow Horses, Cows , Goats and pigs

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Had an issue with my key card that they quickly resolved. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The location is easy to access. The room was large, updated and perfect for my needs. Definitely recommend staying here

We stopped just to sleep during our travels, but the beds were comfortable and I slept well.

The hotel had an odor of pets, but it was not overwhelming. There are natural scents that will overcome those pet odors.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, with a diverse selection. The room was huge, and had excellent amenities. We enjoyed staying here and the rate included free parking too. Conveniently located to local attractions. Would stay again.

IWell equipped fitness center. Just off the highway. Good breakfast. Room quality was on par with price. Friendly staff intereaction at location. Good coffee in lobby.

Called to move reservation forward 24hrs. No hassle to make the change but man on phone lacked customer service communication skills. In other words, he was rude. Coffee in the room was terrible. Instant creamer in pack didn't mix well in hot coffee.

my room was very convenient to parking. i liked that very much. check in with santa maria was awesome. did not get the name of morning receptionist, but she was very accomodating and plesant as well
