Well decorated and very clean. Location makes it possible to walk all over downtown. Maybe a bit far to walk to campus for some, but doable to avoid stadium traffic.

We booked through Booking.com, but double charged, once from Booking.com and others by the hotel. It took 3+ weeks and multiple calls (at least 5 with a few emails) before it was corrected. Staff was very polite and going through training. The hotel does have wonderful people working for them. It was just stressful to see 1 charge go to 3 charges with crediting challenges. I was also never offered any sort of rebate or future credit. Getting one was not my goal, but just disappointed. We were very patient and professional to all through the process

property was fine … only 2 staff members were friendly a girl at bar the night we came in and a girl the next day at front desk the others all looked down to us like we weren’t good enough to be there . The food is AWFUL please tell me people don’t actually eat that mess . It was definitely not teen friendly either which we were there with a group of teens from a school . Shower and The Lobby smelling good was the best things about this place . Will not return unless absolutely necessary.

Gorgeous hotel. Very modern design throughout. The finishes are all brand new. There was a rainfall/waterfall shower. The beds were comfortable. They had complimentary waters in the room. Plenty of space to spread out. The SMART TV was great. It is right on the cusp of the downtown area, so you can walk anywhere you’d like. The staff were very friendly.

Starbucks table setup by elevator. Hydration station and there is a community floor microwave. Bathroom was very nice and had two shower heads. Love staying downtown and plenty of parking.

The staff wasn’t the nicest. Honestly my only reason for never booking again would be because of the staff. When there’s a hotel this amazing the hospitality has to match.

All of the property was outstanding, but the staff was COMPLETELY INCREDIBLE!!! Every single staff member was polite, eager to assist, and very very knowledgeable regardless of my inquiries or needs! Absolutely the best team with whom I’ve had the pleasure of staying.

I had no complaints, no issues and there were no changes I’d suggest.

Loved the location of this hotel, it was great we could walk everywhere and parking was super easy. Staff was very friendly and the price was perfect!

We were told at check in we would get "Tidy" service, meaning clean towels and trash emptied daily, none of that happened. In fact, I took towels off the cart to keep us going. If this is not provided then please just share upfront!
