Clean, well updated hotel. Super-friendly staff. Geographical location was near everything we needed. Breakfast was great!

No fault of the facility: Road construction made for a bit of a hassle to reach the property. Due to the construction, street was very deserted with an ominous feel at night.

Nice room with plenty of space, great location, check in staff excellent, happy to help with our late arrival, just great all around.

Good location to downtown but current road construction made it difficult to come and go easily. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast and was good. Staff were friendly. Gym was small but clean and adequate. Rooms were clean. Plenty of towels. Bathroom was nice. Plenty of charging outlets and USB ports which was nice.

The coffee was not good. Furthermore, there were no outside facilities or seating. There was some seating in the lobby but it was minimal other than the breakfast tables/chairs. We ended up sitting on the bed in our room. The pool is indoors which is fine but there was no lounge seating there either. Plus is was very moist and steamy in the pool area. Finally, while it is summer in Alabama, our room was very humid. Despite turning the AC down it was still very moist. My sons shorts got wet on one leg and despite hanging them in front of the AC unit for 2 days, they were still damp when we left. The hard surface floor was also a little slick due to the room humidity.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was tidy. We stayed in a larger suite and the bathroom was a great size for our family. Some extra blankets and towels in the room would be helpful. The overall aesthetic of the building was clean, well kept, and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and hot, with a wide variety of options. Honestly, the best hotel scrambled eggs I have had.

The common area toilet in the men's room was pretty dirty. Our sofa bed was broken and wouldn't pull out.

I had a long drive to the hotel(GA to AL). I was so happy to be greeted with a hello and welcoming smile by Jody. Wow! The power of a smile! Although I arrived early, my room was ready and Jody was able to check me in. That made all the difference for me. My room was beautiful, clean and in a quiet area. I was able to get a bite to eat and relax before my event that evening. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Both hot and cold. The hotel location was short walk to downtown and especially to the concert venue. I could not have ask for a better experience...it was perfect! Thank you again Jody!

There was nothing I didn't like...no complaints.

Very nice breakfast buffet style included. Great to have different kinds of coffee available all hours. Also hot water and tea along with lemon water all day/night.

Not much. I’m sure if you are not aware, the whole road is under construction. This is not the hotels fault, though.

Very clean hotel and the staff were nice. It's located downtown with close to the university. Near the river so that you can walk down the river and rest.

My room was next to the elevator, so noisy all the time.
