The two managers who helped us upon check in were so nice! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived early but the gentleman kindly offered for me to put our bags in the room anyway. He escorted me to the room. The cleaning staff was waiting to clean the room for us. The decor in the lobby was a bit dated, but the cleanliness of our room and the rest of the hotel were exceptional. The staff was also exceptional! Highly recommend! Very close to UA campus too!

The cleanliness, friendliness and affordability of the Ambassador was great!! Having waffles and fruit for breakfast was great, too!

The doors slamming as people went out to smoke. It started at 4:14am and lasted til check out. They used the stairs, which was right at our room. The walls shook and we were unable to rest. Otherwise, it was a great stay!!

This was a pleasant surprise, the ambassador was clean and convenient to the university. The breakfast was typical but nice to have if needed. It was comfortable and served every purpose. Definitely one to keep on the list as long as the price remains appropriate.

Hair dryer in room needs to be replaced (blowing sparks). For safety issues I was afraid to use and the front desk did not have a replacement. Unfortunately, this is a staple for me and I do not travel with one as I expect there to be one in every hotel.

Our moving truck broke down. We had to wait to middle of the night for a new truck to arrive and the truckng company to unload our entire home and reload it on the new truck. They are reimbursing us for our room. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast was pitiful. We've stayed in many hotels. Even the cheaper have better ones than this place.

The size of the room the cleanliness of the room always enjoy my stay at the ambassador

The only thing I didn't like was I couldn't look out the window and see my vehicle I was on the back side of motel parking lot don't go all around the building most times I stay they fix that but I had a late check in I just wanted to go to bed

Clean and convenient to the highway. I appreciate the soap dispensers rather than individual bottles in the bathroom. Quiet location next to a Mexican restaurant.

The breakfast was adequate but nothing more. Very limited options and at 7am of a 6-9 breakfast, items had already run out.

very nice room

breakfast was less than expected, almost nothing to eat that didn’t contain sugar. no toast or unsweetened yoghurt, even the oatmeal contained sugar. coffee was good.

quiet, comfortable bed, price, convenient parking

tv wouldn’t work with the remote and had to go to front desk for a working one. Every channel we tried to watch had a msg that you had to purchase (we were trying local and national news). Vent fan in bathroom didn’t work so steamed up pretty good. Took a look at the breakfast offering and went to Waffle House instead.

Room was spacious, had a nice couch and coffee table for relaxing. All the amenities--refrigerator, microwave, TV, desk, chair. Clean and well appointed.

The only thing I noticed amiss was that a couple of the lamp shades were cracked, does not show up until the lights are turned on.

Great location for what we were there for, Bower Park. Restaurants are close by.

Breakfast room is small but adequate.
