I like the fact that it was very clean up front, and the staff was very friendly and inviting. It smelled really nice all through the property. I love the view from our window.

There were only two things that I did. not like about the stay. One was the shower had some hair on the tub walls maybe from a previous stay. Therefore, we just did a thorough cleaning of the shower before use. The second thing was a hole in our cover on the bed, it may have happened in laundry.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were greeted at the door and everyone was very attentive to our needs. The location was just off the interstate and convenient to everything! The level of cleanliness and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms were comfortable and sizeable, well above the average square footage of comparable hotels. The Paul Mitchell products were a bonus. The handwritten welcome in our rooms was a personal touch. I will be back again!

We had an excellent stay at this location! It was clean, convenient, great service, the staff was wonderful and they had 24 hour security!! We also were able to bring our dog in with us which was wonderful. Having that extra security, with our truck loaded for the move was another measure of Security and peace of mind! Also, the breakfast was delicious was and having a round the clock coffee bar was fantasti. The stay was just great! If we're ever through Tescaloosa again we will definitely stay there. One more thing, the bed's, very comfortable. So glad we found this place. We were exhausted and having the comforts and security that we had made the stay even better. Thanks again.

Everything was great as to be expected.

The breakfast staff was rude and loud. One patron stood at the one waffle maker and made waffles for at least 8 family members. It took at least 20 min. She was there when I came down at least 30 min before breakfast ended. At 15 minutes leafy for breakfast she had used all the batter. Several patron asked for more and the staff refused. And we could hear her saying she didn’t have time, she was getting ready to close. etc. we shoulda’….. Also wouldn’t bring out more milk. we still had 15 minutes left! I asked the desk clears for assistance because I didn’t want to talk to the rude kitchen staff. the desk clerk referred me back to her. Horrible service from the kitchen staff. RUDE.

The breakfast both mornings was hot. It had a variety for everyone to choose from each morning. The eggs, sausage, and hash browns were fabulous.

Due to heavy traffic in the area and not being clearly marked getting to the hotel was a little stressful the 1st time. The ice maker on our floor was not working properly, but that could have been a result of high occupancy during our stay.

The hotel is very nice, modern and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfy and I slept well. There is a free breakfast included that was great, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Of course there was various breads, cereals, etc. The coffee must've been good because the hubby had several cups! The employees, from customer service to housekeeping to breakfast staff were exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

There wasn't anything about the hotel to complain about. I will add that the location and GPS don't really work well together so don't listen to your mapping system.

The property was clean, nice, and up to date . I liked they honored my request to have the rooms close. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great, and there was a variety to choose from.

I was not aware the property charge a $100 deposit because I’m local. Pool was kind of small. Kids didn’t get a chance to swim because someone was having their birthday at the pool.

we're traveling from Houston to Virginia and this seemed to be a good halfway point. I made the reservation a few days before our trip for one night(just to catch some shut eye) and facilities were clean, really good water pressure in the shower, beds were comfy , lobby was welcoming... the only reason I'm giving this an 8 or 9 out of 10 is because there's a $100 deposit and will be refunded 1-3 days later but I didn't see that anywhere in the hotels details ... other than that our night here was very good and I did think the price was fair

Easy check in and staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was clean with everything I needed. Parking was also great.

The walls were thin and my neighbors stayed up a little late watching tv and conversing . Preferred room on first floor, but I was informed that first floor guest are for pet owners. I was satisfied with my stay and have no complaints, however I will not return due to my preference for room on first floor.

The friendliness of the staff!!! They were so helpful to my family. Even one morning, an irate customer was yelling about stopping up her own toilet. The receptionist was extremely professional in a moment anyone else would not have been so nice! Big kudos to the front staff. We stayed for the Alabama game and camp the next day.

All great vibes and love here, highly recommend!
