I liked the fact that the facility is in a very convenient location. The second room that I was moved to was much nicer and it was clean and I loved the fact that it was facing the parking lot. Late night traffic was ugh, but other than that it was worth the pay. I would definitely stay here again, but only if I can get a room facing the parking lot, for some reason I did not like and was not comfortable at all with the first room on the back side facing KFC. A room facing Walmart which is also facing the parking lot will always be my request if I should happen to book here again in the future.

I didn't like the fact that when I first checked in the room on the back facing KFC room 221, the heat didn't work it was literally blowing out cold air the room didn't look too up to date either, it was something about that particular room that I really didn't care for I ran the heat on high from the time I checked in till about 4 or 5 hours later no heat when I returned to the room, but what I loved the manager came right around to check it and immediately moved us to another room, a nicer more up to date looking room, which was better.

Location was excellent, but did not arrive in time to make it to breakfast in the morning. Even though we arrived extremely late, clerk was pleasant and helpful.

Believed that I had reserved 2 queen, but room only had one. Didn't go back and check reservation request as were extremely tired at 1 am. Would only recommend that they check behind bathroom door, as appeared to be mold beside door frame. Shower and water pressure were EXCELLENT! Will definitely stay at this location again when in Tuscaloosa area.

the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

the outside of the building was very dirty and a lot of trash. during the night there was a strong smell of marijana in our room coming through the air conditioning.

Closeness to everything

The amenities can be updated. Bathroom needs a face lift and the steps need to be pressure washed etc

Room was spacious and very clean. Work staff were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely book again should we pass through again.

The location was close to our relatives and restaurants.

There shower curtain needed cleaning or replacing due to a little mildew.
