The owner charged me a $150 smoking fee. Then he still kicked me out still and took my deposit and stated that he would make sure that my bumb ass doesn’t stay there anymore. He was very rude and unprofessional. I just was wondering could I get reimbursed for his actions and for the $50 deposit he took after he still kicked me and my family out and we’re homeless. I’ve tried talking to this man several times but he refuses to hear me out and constantly being rude and disrespectful and talking over me

Have stayed here before. Tiffany at the desk was exceptional. Nice facility, quiet, comfortable, nice amenities.

Game weekend for Alabama so their prices were inflated. I don't get the math. Hotel was sparsley populated; talked to many people around game time who stayed in Birmingham because of high hotel prices. It seems to me a little bump would be appropriate, but filling your hotel is better than so many rooms vacant. Maybe housekeeping is a problem now, and they had to keep occupancy manageable. Nice hotel, though. Stayed there before, and probably will again. Nice folks.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were older, but clean enough and good size room. Located by numerous restaurants and near a Sam’s club. We came in at night and it was a little difficult to locate (behind another business), but our main priorities are safe location and cleanliness. (Great staff is always a bonus-and they were a great bonus).

Better markings out on main road WOUKD bb helplful, but we would definitely come back.

The quality of the facility was better than I expected. I travel a lot out of Houston. I never knew the facility was there. I was born in Tuscaloosa. I was surprised at the price and the peace at the facility. I noticed a lot of contractors there. I was surprised.

I wanted to stay longer.

Loved the property pricing and location was close to everything including my event I attended last night

Wi fi service was VERY SPOTTY worked the first day but BARLEY the 2nd I had to use my phone's hotspot to use my tablet

Every time I stay here, the room is always very very clean. Kudos to the housekeeping staff.

For some reason, it was extremely noisy this time I stayed. And I am guessing due to COVID, I was made to do my transaction through a window and it was cold that night when I checked in. I usually check in much earlier than 1am but it wasn’t a planned trip.

I like staying here because it is clean and just what I need when I visit. not in room much anyway. Super nice staff.

Employees....clean...cold sodas....fast recovery by ice machine.... good English by wellUNO...big TV's...no carpet.... But

The cable service... not the hotel's fault... The scary people that were in and out of the hotel's parking lot..... vending needs work..

The value , and the Friendliness of the staff and the room I got some much needed rest and really enjoyed my stay

The check out guy this morning was super nice great service I really enjoyed my stay at America's Best Value Inn I will definitely book again one day.
