The breakfast was amazing.hearty, healthy and different each day. Plus they packed a to go breakfast for our day we had to go to the airport early. It was the best breakfast I ever had in an airport. They also served private farm grown hand squeezed apple juice. The friendliness of the owners and hosts was perfect. They had back up chargers for my phone and gave me wrapping paper for a gift.

Missing a night light in the bathroom. Would have appreciated a taller end table next to our tall bed.

Elle & Bing are wonderful hosts who go above & beyond expectations. This B&B is immaculate, charming & very comfortable. The location is far enough from the docks to be quiet & peaceful, yet within easy walking distance from the old town as well as great hiking. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to return!

Breakfasts were very good, attractively presented and healthy. Hostess was very hospitable and informative

The room we had was too small for two people and had too much "stuff" in it. Access was problematic since one has to pass through the kitchen with every going and coming.

Linda was warm, funny, engaging and very helpful in suggesting activities and places to visit during our Juneau stay. She was also very accommodating with our pescatarian diet, her breakfasts were absolutely healthy and delicious - and oh the variety - so many dishes and hearty portions. What a joy is was to meet her and Mark, they both went way over normal standards to see if there was anything we needed. The atmosphere of the historic home was like stepping into your grandmother’s home - toasty warm, lots of board games, books, comfy chairs you could just sink into. We would absolutely recommend the Alaska State Capitol Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a lovely home-away-from-home experience.

Not a thing.

Linda and Mark are the best! Linda made us feel right at home and took care of us way above and beyond expectations. This place is so amazing and the location is stellar as well. You can walk to the bus and ride the bus everywhere. And you can get to all the nice spots downtown by just walking. Thanks for a heavenly trip!

The hot tub was broken down while we were there, but Linda offered to try and find us alternative accommodations.

This was everything I would ever want in a bed and breakfast. The hostess was amazing and a fabulous cook! She gave us detailed information on how to get around. She also had passes to the tram which is nearby and has spectacular view The room was spacious and easilty accomodated the 4 of us traveling with the queen bed and sofa bed. The house is cozy though not small. It is comfortable and their are snacks in the kitchen as well as on a cabinet with a microwave outside the rooms. We had to leave early so the hostess/owner prepared breakfast to go. The bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese was amzing. The house was renovated in the last few years and the room had a beautiful double jacuzzi tub Most guests sat at the dining room table for breakfast but it was necessary. I wouldn't have missed the ambiance of the space for anything.

I honestly can't think of anything!

Beautiful location in the hilly part of downtown. House has hand carved, no nails, pieces of furniture original to house. The hosts are good cooks, knowledgeable about Juneau & Alaska, and fun storytellers! There is an abundance of art, games, books, Alaska reference books, and things to borrow like walking sticks, while in the house and area. Coffee, tea, wine, snacks are available as well, which became important!!! Breakfast at 8:00am with other guests was fun.

Our bedroom wasn’t comfortable for a person with mobility issues. Our room was upstairs and we had to have help with our luggage. The high bed reached our waist. A 3-step curved ladder was difficult to climb to get onto the bed. The claw foot bathtub reached our knees and without handrails was too high to step over to use. The room was quite warm. Ignore these issues if they aren’t your concerns & enjoy!

Quaint, lovely property close to all attractions.

Older mattress and linens/towels but exceptionally clean and not really an issue for me.

The breakfast is out of this world, the positive energy you feel from the moment you walk in, story telling about travels with others during morning breakfast, Linda's cookies are amazing, everything here is perfect. Linda & Mark are the best host we have ever had. You have got to stay here!

There is nothing to dislike, it is impossible to dislike anything here. Linda & Mark are the BEST!
