Best Western Apache Junction Inn

Good location.

Second floor no elevator. No direct access from lobby.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had never cooked waffles, but a fellow guest in line ahead of me explained a bit on how to use the waffle iron. After he finished his waffles, I attempted to make waffles. I managed to miss a cooking step causing the waffle iron to beep. As soon as the machine beebed out my mistake, a very helpful staff member appeared at my side and explained the step I had missed and asked if I needed further assistance. I declined further assistance and finished cooking my waffles.

The mattress was way too firm.

I liked the breakfast except for the bacon. The options were good.

The outlets on the lamps were all loose and my plugs would not stay in. My outlet next to my bedside did not work so I couldn't charge my phone unless I got out of bed. There was a straw and dust behind the television on the floor.

The people were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the facilities were very clean.

There was no elevator, which I didn't know ahead of time. My knees were not happy. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but my husband liked it.

The breakfast meals were excellent and very clean. The rooms were quiet and lots of room. Easy access to the pool. The staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back to say at the Best Western in Apache Junction.

I was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing my kids really enjoyed their breakfast and pool. The location is centrally located near stores and restaurants. We all enjoyed the room very clean.

I wish there had been an elevator. My only feedback would be add some tea to the courtesy beverages

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, laundry machines on the first floor which was super convenient. Fairly good location with stores within walking distance or a short drive. Close to some of the best hiking trails/mountains!

Only thing that was slightly annoying was my room key didn’t work at times. Had to go to the front desk a couple times and get a new one but staff were efficient and helpful with this

I was not going to check out early and I had the do not disturb sign and the housekeeping kept coming and knocking on my door. I was trying to sleep before my drive back home. not upset just was rude as I paid for the room and I should be able to stay in it until check out.

Maid service was the best we've had in al long time. Room always clean and well supplied, bedding sharp. Beds comfortable, pool area very nice. Apache Junction is nice because it doesn't feel like part of the sprawl and traffic there is not aggressive.

Breakfast crew and front desk unpersonal and unhelpful. Desk clerk just took money and hardly talked. Even directions to room left it open to speculation. Breakfast crew stood and watched while people tried to figure out what there was for breakfast.
