You guys didn't have any transportation I called and said you have transportation from the airport to your to your hotel when my dad got there he was stranded for two two or three hours and the people at the hotel refused to go get them cuz it was too far like I said anything at a taxi wanted to charge him $80 and you can see he got off the plane at 4:45 but he didn't get to the room your hotel until after 6:00 or 7:00 I think you should give people a ride especially if they are only you guys not hardly doing nothing the bands just sitting there why can't you pick up someone whole thing is I called you guys I used your hotel you told me that you had transportation to the airport and you guys lied I didn't like that

The bed and pillows are very very comfortable!! Room was very cozy and roomy! Large bathroom with walkin shower. The room itself, exceeded my expectations!!

I wasn't aware of the nonrefundable $50 pet fee. Wasn't listed on website, booking.com, nor was the $20 refundable fee. Never had this experience with these types of fees at any other hotel we stayed at with our pets. We won't stay again due to those fees.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Hotel was very clean and I liked the room set up. We had the king with the pull out sofa. Kids slept on the pull out. Lots of desk space. I did an hour or so of work in the morning and internet worked great. Plenty of space for bags and stuff we brought. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Only thing I can think of is to have some shade like a few umbrellas at the pool. It was hot!

The cleanliness of the room and Hotel. I really like how comfortable the beds are and how cool the air conditioner kept the room.

I made two different reservations and my first room had issues with the air conditioning unit and the room had a moldy. Mildew wet smell to it but the room was clean. The next day I had a second reservation in a Handicapped room and it was great and roomy and smelled Great and was also Clean. The Breakfast was Amazing Hot Fresh and well stocked and Maintained. The Coffee was Hot and Fresh it was more than I Expected.

Good options. 2 different omelets-cheese or egg white veggie, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagel, oatmeal, pancakes, turkey sausages, pork sausages, biscuit and gravy, fruits. Good location with lots of options for food.

AC is a bit noisy, but that's typically the case with these units. Compared to other hotels we have been to, this one was not the noisiest and tolerable.

This a beautiful new Hotel! The King Suite is a great room! Plenty of space to work and rest. The breakfast was terrific and the ladies kept the food full and area clean. The pool and deck was kept pristine and the work out room is amazing! This hotel is super close the shopping, food and coffee. Easy access to the freeway as well. The staff is amazing. A shout out Tommy, he was alone and handled a huge, property damaging, power cutting, hail and heavy flooding rain of our Arizona Monsoon Storms, while juggle room booking debacles all with a calm demeanor and a genuine smile! I look forward to stay here again and again!

Lots of work by guest to get enough towels, a change of sheets, trash out- didn't happen even when requested multiple times on a longer stay. This is the biggest reason to remove stars. I expected better service. Towels were not by the pool. We had to request each time. Pool was small. More than 10 feels crowded. Not a big deal, but in AZ it seemed small. The fire outside looked nice but was never on. The guy serving breakfast didn't wear gloves and touched trash and food in one go. Need more fruit variety--oranges for 7 days ! Not a fan of the color scheme used. Not a deal breaker but it was pretty harsh. We had two things go missing.

check in was a breeze! it was late, we were tired, and it was quick and easy. then straight to our room. The young man at the front desk was genuine, helpful and friendly! I believe his name was Ahanti. The hotel was clean, as was our room. It smelled fresh, and I didn’t see anything the cleaning staff missed. Plenty of fresh clean towels in the bathroom. I also like the layout of these rooms. the beds are placed far into the room so that you aren’t right next to the door with a lot of hallway noise. We didn’t have any noise through walls either. I always enjoy a Holiday inn express because they have really comfortable beds! (other than the pillows) we slept so well in fact, we allowed ourselves to sleep an extra hour than we had planned.

The only negative is that the pillows are terrible. luckily there are plenty of them, but I do wish they would invest in some quality pillows to go with the quality mattresses the are known for having.

Hotel is new, modern, very clean. The location to the airport was just what we needed for an early a.m. flight. Lots of food options close by. The bed, what we rent a room for, was awesome. Soft, new and supplied the support a tired traveler needed. Nice staff.Shower was big, clean and provided all the Dove products we needed.

No complaints. This should be the benchmark that all facilities try to acheive.Well Done!

Customer service was great! Manager was awesome! We had an issue with the TV. A brand new TV was installed within 30 minutes. Breakfast was good and my husband loved the gym. We will stay again!

Rooms needed carpet clean. I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. Pool area near parking lot.
