I like the activity options inside the hotel. Liked the fact of no nasty carpet in the rooms. My mother reserved a wheelchair- handicap accessible room and actually got a wheelchair-handicap accessible room. She was very happy that it was accommodating to her needs. So was I.

I didn’t like that I had an adjoining room while I was by myself. Would have been nice if it were offered as or at least optional when booking both rooms at once.

The front desk clerk was amazing. Her name was Tracey and she was outstanding exceptional. She made my stay all the more better her personality was bright, outgoing, and very helpful. If he’s there, I will gladly stay again.

No Coffee maker in the room with creamer

we asked for early check in and late check in due to my husband recovering from surgery and it was not great communication. we were in our room at 1215 on check out day after speaking to a night staff that gave us the okay for late check out we had the cleaning staff knock on our door and say "oh no one told me." kinda rude.

Trendy decor, fun vibe and served our purpose. Location is superb, close to plenty restaurants and stores. Good selection for breakfast and the 24/7 snack bar was convenient. Great basic hotel when you just really need a place to sleep!

AC was malfunctioning and despite several and repeated interaction with staff - absolutely nothing was done about it. The staff was always friendly and promising a solution ... but nothing materialized and by the time we left there was still no action.

Cleanliness, like there was no carpet in the rooms. Room was modern and bright in the hallways. Breakfast and layout of the breakfast, and the sitting area. Staff were friendly, seemed happy to beat work.

Computers at front desk were slow day of arrival.

I felt like we paid more than we were originally told.I will look for something more reasonable for that price next time

Priced too high we were charged $427 for 2 nights Plus $50 dollar pet deposit I though we were suppose to get back. I think we can find a better deal with more room.

Loved the bold contemporary design. The bathroom was well designed with features that will serve to keep it that way- ( seamless shower finish and well designed shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser). The no carpet floor finish assured a super cleanable surface- no question as to if the carpet floor was clean as in other motels. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I could not find any thing to complain about- the property was a very pleasant surprise

Honestly, there isn’t anything I can say negatively about my experience of staying at Tru by Hilton.

The breakfast was good.Nice selection, but the food could've been refilled quicker and a little warmer on the hot food items. The location was convenient to everything restaurant's, shopping, gas stations etc.

The location was good, close to where I needed to be. Close to shopping and restaurants..

The pool was dirty, I booked for double beds and not 1 king. The wall on one side was dirty. The bed sounded broke.
