employees are professional and very nice, everyone was very accommodating and informative about all property information guests need to know and they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. rooms are clean beds are comfortable room size and bathroom size are perfect. tv has more channels than a lot of hotels have. quiet and calm atmosphere. good breakfast in the morning and coffee is conveniently available all day long. laundry facilities are available for guests that need to do laundry which is great because there are no places otherwise to do laundry in the immediate area. overall wonderful place to stay.

Friendly staff. ReLly hard working staff , very accommodating. Clean everything in eating areas, your staff person Chris in kitchen never stopped working the entire time I saw him at breakfast, pool and throughout the day. He was busting it continually. Others were too, but not like him. I hope everyone is appreciated by management verbally, financially and in all ways.

Our hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was awful for my friend! We didn't complain. It seemed the staff were working on it. But it was Terrible.

I traveled to Mesa to visit a friend going through chemotherapy, so needed to isolate in the hotel room except for the the three hours a day I visited her. The room was so comfortable for my special need - the large desk perfect for my lap top and the craft projects I brought to pass the day. Bed extremely comfortable, and the hotel and location were very quiet. A plus was several restaurants (nice chains) that were a few minutes walk to either dine in or pick up. Hotel staff quickly responded, with a smile!, to one small issue I had with the door. Breakfast was good, with eggs each day. coffee available 24/7. When I arrived I requested the non highway side of the hotel (even room numbers), which was much quieter than the highway side. I stayed a week, and would stay at this hotel again.

Carpet could be replaced with something fresher and less stained. Otherwise no complaints

That I went to the front desk between 6:30 pm and 7 pm because the TV's were not working. No one showed up til 8:45 pm then at that time I was told they were going to return with new batteries for the remote. 30 minutes later no one returned. So I left for over an hour I let the front desk know that was about 1030 pm. Waited again for another 30-45 minutes no one showed up. Went back down because I was annoyed and was about to leave again. This time someone was there and went up to the room.he fixed the TV. It would be nice if the TV's are set up correctly each time a guest leaves. This isn't the first time I had this problem with the TV's when I stay there.

Room was large for the price, breakfast was delicious, everything was clean. Bed was comfortable and there were extra blankets. Free coffee whenever.

We arrived early and asked if we could check in early if the room was clean, to which the guy at the front desk rudely replied "check ins not til 4." There was another lady though next to him who said we could check in if the room was clean but we'd have to pay a $20 dollar early check in fee which is ridiculous. We were only two hours early and if the room was ready, I don't see what the big deal is. We travel frequently and have never had to pay to check in early anywhere else.

The hotel lobby was very nice. The young man at the desk was exceptionally helpful and efficient at check in.

I booked a king room 30 min prior to arrival. I received a message from the hotel that my request could not be honored and that I needed to choose another type of room. Upon arrival the desk clerk had a king room ready for us. I didn’t appreciate the message that wasn’t true. In the morning we had a long travel day ahead of us and were disappointed that the breakfast was not ready until well after 7 when we were ready to leave at 6am. Lastly, we found that the room furnishings were in need of updating. The bed was old and not comfortable.

We loved that breakfast was included. Good variety and the seating area outside by the pool was beautiful and cool. The beds were comfy and very spacious. Slept good, no noise complaints and parking was easy and convenient. Staff was very polite and check-in was a breeze. It was our second time, and I would definitely recommend and definitely be staying more in the future. We also loved that the deposit was very affordable.

Good breakfast every morning, even on Christmas Day.

Charging us $20 for early check-in. Seeing that the room was ready, and we sere only two hours early of check-in. A way of company to put more money in their pocket, which I do not approve of. This should be a courtesy.

The ruby sure we stayed in was not only clean and met all our expectations but it was quiet and in some ways I love you amongst other rooms we felt like we were on our own getaway especially with the balcony privacy well. We absolutely love the bathroom it will steam out but absorbs just as fast whenever you mirrors and breathing the air conditioning and heater are sublime you can manage it to your comfort without getting too hot or cold which in some cases special in Arizona can be a battle and a constant when I'm back to AC controllers. The stuff was personal and not a bit of your stuffy attitude. Definition of lobby it's just what we required because you're looking to set up with you in the room without staff overriding with those sometimes what are they doing looks everything was perfect the only one well I would be the pool hours they need to extend them possibly even Grant late hour permissions for at least adults too many times people go to hotels and are busy all day come back at night and want to use the facilities but they already locked down, with the Covid understandings it would seem appropriate but the hotel would benefit I think from vending machines they're absolutely no drink vending machines.

considerably later hours for adults who would like to make use of the pool and jacuzzi especially after a long day of running around with prior commitments as to which most people use a hotel for. Vending machines would be a bus especially for drinks.

It was easy to find, great location, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly, understanding and helpful.

Unfortunately, the first room had a problem with bed bugs. The bedskirt had old feces stains from the bed bugs and what appeared to be blood stains. The staff was understanding and got us into a new room. The bedskirt in the new room had stains as well but no bugs.
