Baymont by Wyndham Casa Grande

The room was clean and comfy. Nothing exceptional but very pleasant.

They don't accept AMEX. I use AMEX on booking.com. The hotel called to let me know I would need to provide a different form of payment when I arrived. No problem. However, when I arrived, the man at the desk said that there was a misunderstanding and they tried to call but couldn't get a hold of me. They usually cancel reservations made with AMEX. That's not what I was told on the phone when they actually did get a hold of me. Luckily they didn't cancel the reservation but if we had been later in the evening, they probably would have. That was concerning but it was handled and we had a room!

The location is directly off of Florence Avenue, which seems to be Casa Grande's main drag. You can get to fast food, Wal-Mart, the county fair, casual dining, and almost anything else within a few short miles. There's a big car wash directly across the street, with a dry blower that bellows like Satan after stubbing his toe, but you don't hear it from inside the room. Surprisingly, the location was quiet, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and I'd be happy to stay here again.

The free morning breakfast was adequate if you don't mind plain bagels, packaged muffins, and tiny refrigerated yogurts. Oh, and apples that no one touched. How old are they, anyway? There are two waffle makers, which are constantly in use to remind you of a better, warmer, fresher breakfast. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Since the place is only two-stories tall, that's not awful unless you're disabled or have leg/knee problems. Then it's a slow lurch up the stairs to make it to your room.

it’s always a great place to stay but was put the furthest away from the pool and I can’t walk to far so having room #128 was amazing the last few times but this time I was in room #142 literally the furthest room from the pool! Also the hot tub water needs to be changed more often or maintained better as the water was kind of green and had a funny smell in it! The pool was amazing as always, except all the jumping, diving and splashing from these four boys not following the rules! Could we get a list of food that’s delivered to the hotel please for some of us who cannot walk to far! thank you!

more ice & vending machines would be nice one on each end of the property but not a major thing.

The breakfast was delicious but could use some eggs and sausage and bacon but other than that excellent.the place was quite the staff always smiling making you feel wanted

Well it be more friendly on payments mode where you pay at least half and pay the rest before the end of the night for example I paid for the room in full the first night and if I wanted to stay another day I pay at least half and the rest before the end of the day

Breakfast, simple but good. Maybe adding a hot water fountain, to make your oatmeal bowl easier/faster. The side entrance into the hotel is very convenient when you're in an upper level room (straight to the stairs).

Ice maker in the upper level not working at all. The air conditioning unit seems to have it hard to cool the room, you need to set it really low (below 70).

I really liked how affordable the hotel was, living through inflation, this price was something we could afford and it was spent well. The room was up to date, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, hardly any noise, the staff was nice. I do plan on staying at this chain of hotels in the future.

There was nothing really that I didn't dislike.

Almost everything. Having stayed in Sedona one time when traffic was a nightmare I wanted somewhere walkable to shops & restaurants. This is a perfect location. The room is big and modern, comfy beds, blackout curtains, and still a bit of a view (despite getting a cheap room). There's a small but beautiful pool overlooking the rocks. There's a coffee shop right across the road that has amazing outdoor seating with expansive views.

Dreadful shower, I didn't wash my hair for 4 days as I didn't think the water pressure would be enough to rinse the shampoo out (I have thick hair). Also the shower head is fixed. No microwave which is a shame.

I want to commend Brandon and Jaidin at the front desk. They were both very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

They were short staffed, so you had to wait a long time for the rooms to be serviced. But Brandon and Jaidin provided us with clean towels and garbage bags. So it was okay.

Stags were pleasant and it was clean.

Temperature was difficult to control, curtain hook was off so it didn't completely close. Needs a little TLC. Also, after 8 nights at $1,071, they wanted to change us $369 and $169 to stay 2 more nights. We left and went somewhere else.

Everything was good, clean room, staff, location. But breakfast nothing but Bagels, Toast, Waffles, Cereal and Yogurt. Had to go out for breakfast everyday
