Siegel Select Casa Grande

The front desk staff was friendly and professional! My room had a clogged bathroom sink, and she offered to switch my room for me. (only there for a night, so I didn't, but I appreciated the offer) The room was dated but clean. There was a nice, large shower, an economy kitchen (that I didn't use), and a small table and chairs. I was only there for a night, but the pool looked nice, and there was a laundry room available. There was great proximity to the highway, many shops, and restaurants. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe here. It seemed like there was a mixture of travelers and short-term residents.

I don't know if the mattress was old or just super soft, but it bowed in the middle when I sat on it and made a lot of noise. I stayed to one side, though, and got a great night's sleep! I was told that the bathroom sink should have been taken care of before I checked in, but I just used the sink in the kitchen area rather than switch rooms.

location is perfect, facilities give you everythings you need and it goes beyound expectations. We travel alot and so far it is our best stayed ever. The staffs is helpfull, kind, carefull, courtesey. ( the landscaping is nice and beautifull country yard. ) For the price and what the Siegel Select as to offerts it is unbeatable for us, me and my wife enjoyed alot. :)

we would of like the gym facilitie to have it open. However we prefer having access to pool & Jaccuzzi. ( most of place they not have anymore. )

The rooms were clean, smelled ok, the front desk staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. It was quiet despite being on the main road. Hot tub was clean and open.

The pool had lots of debris from storms when we checked in Friday, we asked about getting the pool cleaned but it didn't get cleaned and there was no net to clean it ourselves. The water was clean other than debris. The beds are very firm

there was a person with glasses that was not helpful at all. rude as hell to. all the other people at desk were friendly and helpful. her she was willing to leave is in the streets. I’m a safety and had all my 100 plus personnel come to this hotel/apartments. not happy at all

Great price and location

We stayed for about 8 weeks, for work reasons, and I was unsuccessful in getting the extended stay rate. One of the front desk agents recommended I call back to see if it’s available but I explained I’ve been trying and I just gave up. I know it’s fair for first come, first serve but this method is too much of a hassle.

I didn't like being put on the 3rd level floor where I'm handicap and they put you in a room next to an elevator that doesn't work and who knows when it will get fixed. But they need to accommodate the handicap especially when you have a prosthetic leg and can't walk that far especially on the 3rd level!! Especially I was told it would be on the 2nd floor next to the elevator that does work..so they need to do something about that!!

good price for online and the area. nice staff and patient. laundry facility convenient.

first come first serve is really annoying as a guest. it’s inconvenient and I feel like I bother staff trying to get an extended stay room. beds are uncomfortable.

When we checked out we realized some valuables were accidently left in a drawer in our room. We were worried they would be gone when we went back to ask about them, but the mgr. had saved them in their safe. Its commendable that the staff and the management were so concerned and had taken the time to make sure we got our luggage returned

The pillows...lol The bed was very comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned the week we were there. I hung the clean room sign on the door. My husband had to go to the office for sheets to change the bed.

Staff,housemaids were excellent. The grounds were clean the machines all worked

I liked everything about my stay fm the beginning to the end. Loved Jazmine n sister they were very helpful.. I'll b going back there in a couple months. Hopefully my stay is gunna b as good.
