The front desk staff were very nice except for one lady who may have been new but no major issue, just a lot of no’s to every request. All the rest of the front desk folks were excellent. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was excellent and the lunch and dinner also were good. We will stay there again.

The one front desk person who rejected most of our requests like a just a short extension on the checkout time due to a glitch with our transportation. We were stressed to get out exactly on time.

We enjoyed the everyone on the staff. They all were helpful and smiled while helping us. The maintenance staff helped us when we needed. The reception staff did extra to make our stay more comfortable. The breakfast crew served us well even though they were short staffed from what we could see.

The room was too small for 4 adults. Not enough seating for four adults. The toilet was too short for grown adults to use. There wasn't enough dresser space or hanger space for four adults staying for 8 nights. The shower head was not easy to use.

The room was spacious and had good beds and showers. There were a couple of good restaurants at this location within walking distance. The actual hotel restaurant was quite good and we had a couple of good evening meals.

It was difficult to have an early start if you wanted breakfast in the hotel as it didn't commence until 7.30. It was also necessary to queue for a voucher then queue again at the breakfast room door. It was possible to collect a takeaway breakfast at 6:00 but we felt it was a poor standard with no fresh fruit or natural fruit juice.

This hotel is very convenient for my needs. I’ve stayed here a few times and always come back. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I like that there is a restaurant/bar connected to the hotel with free breakfast. It’s not a new, fancy 5 star type of place, but perfect for what I need and will continue to patronize them.

The staff was wonderful! I was traveling for a family reunion and several of us were staying here. Any problems that arose were handled professionally and fast. I also liked that the 19th Hole restaurant was part of the property. Very good complimentary breakfast and a nice place with a bar to unwind at the end of the day.

It is an older property and some of my family had some minor issues with their rooms. I found mine to be clean and comfortable and no problems.

In good weather, there is an outdoor pool and hottub. Instead of a breakfast room, guests receive vouchers for a guest menu in the in-house restaurant with incredibly patient and hardworking wait staff. Convenient walking distance to many shops and a weekly outdoor market, Easy freeway on and off.

Many reviewers note that none of the exterior doors lock. Apparently this has been OK but very unusual. Area is surrounded by thousands of retiree condos so perhaps is safe. We experienced knocking pipes in both rooms. Though a nice staff person installed new seals the knocking seemed omnipresent, sometimes twice a minute. Was surprised a large reputable chain would not upgrade better. Bathroom doors were swollen and stuck, creating very startling noise whenever we latched them, hard to sleep through, as well as disrupting during the day.

The shower sucked! ..not enough pressure so it took a long time to rinse shampoo out... also in the shower the water was just hot no matter which way I turned the knob...the tub was not draining while shower was on

plenty of parking, quiet halls,good breakfast, nice waitress, check in with Curtis was great/ helpful and we had dinner at a good restaurant

We enjoyed a walk around the inside of the building after breakfast and there was a nice sitting area at the pool. We saw the staff taking care of the building in the morning.

being told they could not cancel my remaining stay -told to talk with booking, did and they okayed the cancellation- then night clerk said no he could not cancel (something fish) already booked accommodations closer to family in Arizona.

When it rained (pretty much everyday) the roof leaked in many areas of Lobby & Resturant. several buckets placed several places. It’s likely not a new problem. The hot tub not working, toilet in room did not flush throughly, took several attempts.
