THE GUY AT THE RECEPTION WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. BREAKFAST IS PRETTY GOOD BUT SOMETIMES DELAYED A BIT, AFTER 6 AM NOT AT 6 AM. LOCATION IS FANTASTIC - WALKING TO WALMART JUST ACCROSS THE ROAD. OUR ROOM TYPE HAD DOOR TO BEDROOM - VERY HELPFUL! GUESTS BEHIND WALLS WERE VERY NOISY, SPLASHING IN BATH TUB AND TALKING LOUDLY, SO EXTRA INNER DOOR HELPED A LOT TO REDUCE NOISE DURING SLEEP,,,

IN THE KITCHEN THE HEATING PANS WITH HOT WATER STAYED DIRTY FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY. like, PIECES OF POTATO AND MEAT WERE CONTSTANTLY THERE... UNHEALTHY ! MUST CHANGE WATER AND CLEAN HEATING PANS!!!! NOISY NEIGHBOURS - WALLS A BIT THIN.

While our room didn't have a balcony it was nice to have a slider door to open. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Free local paper at front desk, I always like to get a flavor of local news. Scrambled eggs, potatoes and an English muffin was fine by me for the included breakfast.

Only 1 regular coffee pod (only 1 decaf and 1 tea also) rather than the standard 2 pods of each in every other place I stay at. That should not be the case. Also, no dairy or non-dairy in the room. Please, please, please add some ultra-pasteurized dairy packets to the coffee service in the room. They are cheap and keep for months if not years. I had to go downstairs for a cup of milk to take back to the room. The excess I poured down the drain. That's a hidden cost for the hotel.

Our room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and there were no bedbugs. It was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was conveniently located near Walmart and other shops and close to Antelope Canyon. Breakfasts were good and the staff was very helpful. Wi-Fi worked well.

When we came to the hotel, they blocked money on my card and a few days later charged me for the room. The money that were blocked were released after two weeks. The hotel said they released the money immediately, but my bank said they didn’t.

We had a nice view of the red rock mountains from our third story hotel room balcony. It was probably a super fantastic view before Walmart moved in. My favorite thing about the room was no cats. I like that they didn’t allow pets. There was no cat hair on anything. The tub and shower were quite nice. I liked how there were no cats in the shower. The complimentary breakfast was really good. I especially liked the waffles. There was also a hot water thingie in our room where we were able to make hot herb tea before bed. I liked how there were no cats drinking tea.

There was water in the pool and hot tub, but it was closed. We just looked down sadly off of our balcony at the very inviting pool that we couldn’t go to. The photo on the wall wasn’t very memorable. I think it was a photo of a cat.

We had a 2 night stay in this hotel, it has a nice localisation, close to restaurants and shops ( Walmart just across the street ). Free, big parking next to the building, room and bathroom were clean and the room was quite huge ( a biggest one during our 15 day trip ). The price was really great comparing with other hotels. Breakfast was a standard one in US, not great not terrible but was enough

We had loud neighbors just next to us, and we could hear their laughs, talks etc. but luckily it was quiet during the night

The front desk clerk was amazing. I came in at 2 in the morning after the original hotel i booked at suddenly wanted an extra $200 for a deposit that I wasn't made aware of before. I did not have that money. He said to bad and literally left me stranded with no where to stay with my little cousin and two dogs in the car. I had previously stayed at this hotel before and in my desperation I drove up and walked in and explained my situation. I truly felt beyond distressed thinking we were going to have to sleep in my car and wondering what we were going to do. I explained my situation to the guy at the desk and originally he said that he had no rooms open. After looking on booking.com I saw they had openings for a check in later that day and I asked if there was any way I could rent it and just check in early. He seemed a bit hesitant at first but he was able to make it to where we were able to check in. We had to pay for that room then and then he was generous enough to give us until 12 pm the next day to come back and pay for the remainder of our stay. (I had to call and ask friends to loan us the money). I am so grateful for how generous this person was and he honestly saved my entire trip. I'm not staying anywhere else when i come here as this is my second time at the hotel and i have had an excellent experience both times.

High marks for a well-run hotel for a great price. Clean, modern, good breakfast, no problems at all. The town of Page is full of large hotel/motels that serve the Lake Powell boat-goers and Grand Canyon tours, so in winter with the lake low it was slow and inexpensive. On-site management does a fine job.

Issues that the hotel can't control: Page isn't a garden spot, restaurant options are limited, not very walkable, and the like. But if you're going to stay in Page, this is a great choice.

Location was right next to restaurants, Horse Shoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Lake Powell. The beds were comfortable. The price for a room with three queen beds, a roll away bed, and a sofa bed was only $100. We could fit 9 people in one room. The breakfast options were great! Also, the room had a walk out balcony with a great view.

They have a pool, but it’s outside and wasn’t available since it was February when we stayed there. Also, they don’t have a workout room.

Pretty decent place! Comfortable bed, spacious room, good aircon, laundry facilities (costs extra) and good bathroom toiletries.

Definitely need more plant based breakfast options. Breakfast options were obesity promoting - white bread, lucky charms cereal, bagels, pastries. I felt really gross after a few bites of a bagel. Also need some soy or oat milk available please. My partner who doesn’t mind occasionally wandering down the path of compromised health did not mind and enjoyed the breakfast. Plates and cutlery all disposable therefore not great for the environment. The lift was slow.

Overall all went very fine and nothing to complain. Breakfast simple but good enough.

The aircondition (stand alone type integrated below the window) is very noisy even in the "'low fan" mode. The operation is temperature controlled and the changes on to off (and vice versa) are noisy as well. So if you need to use the aircon during the night this could be annoying.
