amazing property with multiple amenities, including an incredible spa and spa pool. Also an 18 and older pool.

Felt like one was constantly challenged to give up their daily housekeeping service for a donated meal of the resorts choice for them to receive credit in some unknown destinations. Felt a lot like a fast food restaurant asking for a donation after ordering a meal.

The room was huge(we had a Resort Room with 2 Queen Beds), and we were offered an upgrade for free but declined it as we were more than happy with what wwe were getting. It was at the back of buildings near the pool , and although the music at the pool was exceptionally loud we didn't hear a thing in the room. It was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I've stayed in. The beds were large and very clean and comfortable .The Prado restaurant had good meals at reasonable prices . Staff were reasonably quick at serving both in the bar and restaurant and very helpful.

The noise of music near the pool was far too loud. I can appreciate people enjoy poolside music and that's fine , but it was about the loudest I've ever experienced in 50 years , though I haven't any previous experience in USA of poolside music , I have a lot from Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, etc.. I'm glad I didn't have one of the poolside rooms. As wew weere out all day long it wasn't too much of an inconvenince . One day we had lunch in the Taquerio Centro and felt the amount of food not worth the price. It was 2 tiny tortillas for 18 dollars . For USA it was the smallest meal I've ever had for the price. Nothing wrong with the quality of the food , though. The hotel grounds and buildings are beautiful and did remind me of Andalucia where I've been several times

The property has a lot of character and is very beautiful. The room facing the camelback mountain with all the surrounding greenery was really refreshing. Bathroom design is beautiful. We had breakfast at Prado and thought the food and service was top notch. Spa and pool facilities were great. Check in and checkout was seamless . Dan the golf cart driver/ bellboy was refreshing conversation. Valet service was very prompt.

The large chairs in the room are really old and the cushions are hard and one just literally falls in when you sit on it. More pillows for each bed.

Gorgeous resort with excellent customer service. We checked in quite late and were given transport by motorized cart to our room on this expansive property. Our bed was so comfortable neither of us even moved while we slept. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and have mature gardens. Our private patio had a fragrant orange tree and exquisite views of the nearby buttes/hills/mountains. Luxuriously tranquil getaway. Thank you Omni Scottsdale!

Beautiful surroundings. Great food. Front desk very helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful. We were on the second our and although it was near the pool, it was very nice. Beautiful terrace with xeiling fan, chaise and two chairs. Room was large. Hannah was a great server at the adult pool.

The Oasis pool needed a good cleaning. I did report it to the front desk.

Loved the Spanish influence, very pretty resort, loved the Camelback backdrop and being able to plunge in the pool after that hike.

Carpet in the rooms, loud leaf blowers in the AM. I could get a lot more value for that price elsewhere and in nicer geographies. Spa outdoor area and pool are way too small and they close too early for the day so we couldn’t watch the sunset from there.

This property has become our family’s tradition over Spring Break. Staying here feels as though you have escaped to another world! The stunning architecture and backdrop of Camelback mountain cannot be beat! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The main pool never felt over-crowded. The food in both restaurants was top-notch! Our kids were so excited when they found out that we were staying at the Montelucia again. We will see you next year, same time, same beautiful place!

The only complaint I had was the pillows were not the most comfortable. I’m picky about pillows though…

The grounds are lovely with many nice views and spots with chairs and firepits to relax. We really enjoyed all of the fountains and the sound of water in the desert. Having the adults only pool was a benefit since the the main pool was crowded and noisy. It was easy access by Uber from the airport, and we never rented a car. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We just picked up coffee and yogurt from Crave for a more affordable breakfast and did takeout from the other restaurants to make life easy when we didn't want to wait at a restaurant. The patio at Prado was beautiful.

The food is very expensive and, in some cases, average. We were a bit hostage by that situation since we didn't rent a car. The rooms are a bit dated and very dark, but that didn't negatively affect our stay, except my daughter felt there needed to be easier places to charge a phone.

Everyone was so friendly. We loved the crew at Oasis Pool - JossLynn, Danae, Victor, Kyle, and all the gang! Spa facilities were superb! I loved my deep tissue massage. Spa amenities were very nice. Loved the cold plunge! I liked that the hotel communicates via text. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.

I wasn’t crazy about the room service. I didn’t care for the disposable paper cartons.

Really lovely facilities. That feel really private. The staff were so lovely and gave us an upgrade and left a cheese platter and wine in our room because they new that we were celebrating something special. We ate dinner at the sports bar and the food was excellent. The Mexican street corn was such a fun and pretty dish with the husk curls up almost like a flower and was delicious too! We really appreciated the extra effort that the staff went to to make our stay special. There was a good sized fridge in our room also which was important because I had to store breastmilk while we were there. I didn't use the spa this time, but I have before and that was excellent also when I went there a few years ago.

The only thing that I would have liked to see was a steam room, sauna and plunge pool. There may have been some there that I wasn't aware of because I forgot to ask, but it wasn't evident if there was these facilities. I would have loved to see an option for a buffet breakfast also. When we stayed at Gleneagles in Scotland they had the most amazing buffet breakfast we've ever had and we would have had breakfast here if they had a buffet breakfast also but opted to eat outside of the hotel for breakfast instead.
