Clean and well maintained facility and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very good breakfast with several hot items to choose from.

The bathtub could use a rubber mat and a bath mat for the floor. Stepping out of a slick tub on to a tile floor could be tricky and a safety hazard. Make sure you have good directions as this Best Western sits way back from the I-17 and is hard to see especially in the dark. Look for Old Black Canyon Hwy to be on to get into the facility. When I was searching for this Best Western on the web site Booking.com came up to make the reservation. The reservation was made OK, but you don't get Best Western points because it's third party. I think this sucks so call and make your own reservation directly to the Best Western, don't use Booking if you want points.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a bargain hotel- good selection of hot and cold foods and you can tell the staff too care in preparing it. Sausage links were actually well cooked, not soggy!

I checked in around 10:00 PM and was put on the first floor which I typically do not like, but the window felt secure and I did not hear any noise from the street. The blackout shade worked perfectly. Bed wasn't the comfiest but fine for one night.

The staff was very friendly and the room and common areas were very clean. The room was spacious and adequately comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean, and the free breakfast was decent and generous, with lots of variety.

Hallway noise is a little loud as the doors are thin and tend to slam. There was a tremendous amount of construction on the freeway and surrounding roads making it tricky to find the property - especially as we arrived late a night. Also, be aware that there are limited options in the area for food without driving a little bit (i.e. nothing walkable).

There was very visible and friendly staff. They were always helpful with questions and anything I needed.

I didn’t like the pool. I didn’t use it but it didn’t look clean. I didn’t like the drive entry to the property. I confused it with the hotel next door. Street construction didn’t help. Poor signage

quiet..great for service dog or pet. breakfast free and yum. little things like pillows were soft and comfty. frig. microwave. very surprised if handicaped the bathroom was set up with sit down shower.

people are pigs. have a dog clean up after it. poop was all around the building. you even offer bags and seperate garbage can. secuiity camera check. fines will be enforced and added to your room to pay for clean up..my suggestion.

First and foremost I have to say that we were so impressed with the complimentary breakfast. We talked about it all day long. Options were amazing and the temperature of the food was perfectly hot. The waffle maker was my absolute favorite thing. My mother loved the hot breakfast options (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). Let’s not forget to mention the room. WOW! Room was Immaculately clean, beds were so comfortable, and like I said before breakfast was the cherry on top. Also, staff was super pleasant and helpful. I honestly cannot chose just one thing I liked more about the property since we loved everything. Our whole experience was phenomenal! Can’t wait to stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Breakfast was excellent! I like having scrambled eggs and bacon and Saugage and they kept filling up through out the time we were there. Friendly staff and very clean. Actually it was a great place to stay.

Only thing I can think of my 91 yr old mother was with me for a handicap room there needed something extra in bathroom to hold her stuff while getting ready. A shelf possibly not much counter space on sink. Plus I had confirmed 2 queen beds but was given a room with 1 king.

Absolutely clean, very well maintained. Most amazing and friendly staff. What an exceptional stay and hotel. Thank you for making the Londoners feel so welcome.

This is taking me ages to think about. So I guess if I had to really knit pick. I would say the bathroom was a little tight of space. But not a deal breaker.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Definitely the best hotel in the area.

The breakfast food was cold all 3 days. The area was remote and there weren't many things to do. We had to travel 20+ miles to things.

The staff and breakfast were great. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of parking.

I wish the breakfast hours were a little longer and I had a privacy hanger on the door however housekeeping came in the room anyways.
