The breakfast is always top quality. Not just danish and coffee. We had eggs, sausage, Belgium waffles, and cereal. They also had bagels, toast, granola bars, cereal bars, and lots of other stuff too. Not your typical continental breakfast. The orange juice machine was out of order which was sad because I had my eye on fresh oj. The room was the right size for my daughter and I. The location is convenient.

The beds need an upgrade. I could be biast because I have a memory foam mattress at home...but old spring mattresses just aren't it for me. Also might want to consider an anti slamming door. Everytime someone would enter and exit the door would slam. We were the 2nd room from the door and I woke up a few times and was startled by it slamming all night.

I love the way I was treated when I came in. The front desk was so helpful, and everything was a breeze. The breakfast was great, and everything was so affordable. I was misinformed about the Ethernet port. However, the manager was so helpful and understood my situation and didn't hesitate to make it right. I'll definitely be visiting again.

I didn't like the miscommunication about the amenities. I was misled.

I booked this hotel last minute, and didn’t read the reviews. When I was on the way to the hotel from my home in CA I started reading reviews and was getting nervous but I didn’t have any issues like these other people, everything in my room was clean sheets bathroom couch bed sink and microwave. I also traveled with my baby and the sink was perfect for washing bottles after a long day out. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area

I was hoping the elevator was working, it was a little difficult to carry luggage a stroller and a baby up the stairs

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they have an elevator because our room was on the third floor. We slept comfortably. We did not have the opportunity to indulge in their breakfast feast because we had to leave before they served. I did look over to what was offered as it was being set up and I compare their meal to eating at IHOP but without the cost, or maybe I was just too hungry, and everything looked so wonderful. You need to check it out for yourselves. Enjoy your stay as my family and I did.

The streets are under construction and the detour signs are hard to follow because the motel was a little hidden to find the entrance. We had to go around twice. It is worth the extra round. The location is close to the freeway but construction made it a little harder to find.

Excellent bed and the breakfast was great

The cleanliness of the room was good except when we moved the foot stool in front of the couch there was someone’s dirty sock behind it. I looked under the bed after that and there were some small toys left there. So clean except in hidden places. We did complain and they gave us a rebate on the room but never came to clean as promised. We were there three days.

The room layout was very nice. Parking was also very good, close to the entrance

We were in an end room, nearest to the interstate highway. The traffic noise was evident early in the morning. The elevator was not working, so all of the guests had to use the stair wells, also located on the end(s) of the building, right next to our room.

the property had some construction going on, but the staff, Jen and the other front desk person, were wonderful, funny, and helpful in every way. I will come back because of the staff

there were some issues, since the property is under renovation. anything we had issues with were quickly remedied by the staff

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! The room was clean, quiet and really big with a work/eating area. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional!! So much to choose from - even waffles with the image of a cactus in the middle. We would absolutely choose to stay here again. Thanks to everyone - especially Rickey, who checked us in and helped us last night and Weldon, who had the breakfast ready to go at 6:30 this morning.

I'd appreciate large soap and shampoo dispensers instead of all the waste of small plastic containers.

The lady at checkout was so nice and she made my experience better she was so friendly.

The key i received for my room wasnt activated and i had to go back downstairs to get a new one. The person at the front desk wasnt very approachable, she wasnt rude and didnt say anything wrong but it wasnt the kind of person that was welcoming. Our room had a weird smell, we requested non smoking but it had a smoke smell that had been covered up with a very strong perfume. Also my pillow had a black hair on it. I would have requested a room change but i was way too tired to go back downstairs.

Excellent location, convenient access to all areas of Phoenix. Breakfast had ample food options. Great value for the cost.
