Very clean, feels safe. Good breakfast nice staff

I didn't like that before we checked in, we asked for an early check-in when we got there to check in, I also asked for a late checkout and she immediately said we're not doing that tomorrow. We're not doing any late checkouts tomorrow. Well later that night after shift change I went to the front desk and asked the new attendant for late check out and he was more than willing to give me one. He was a nice young man. I don't know if it's your policy to not give early check-in and late check outs. But I would say that's what I didn't like is that I wasn't afforded the early and late check out by the initial employee. Hope that's not your policy

The front desk staff and the manager were both very nice! Dinner and drinks were provided in the lobby some days during our stay The manager even offered to hold my baby while I ate. The breakfast they served was great too. The room was nice and worked for us with 2 babies. We did bring sound machines for the highway noise.

it does smell like weed quite often and it probably wouldn’t be safe to walk under the overpass to the shops and restaurants, There is a huge soccer field where tons of children were playing though, so it’s not THAT bad of an area.

I like having a bedroom separate from the living area. Some suites have it all in one big open room. It was an adorable room, slightly outdated, but it was very clean. I liked the spacious bathroom as well.

We didn't spend much time here. We flew into PHX super late and just needed to sleep. I would have liked to stay longer. I think it was a little pricey, though.

Rooms are great, grounds are great and staff was friendly. Breakfast was nothing special, I'm sure it was slimmed down due to Covid. Just bagels, yogurt and fruit. No hot food. Coffee was decent which was surprising. Staff was very attentive to cleaning and disinfecting, which was very comforting.

We didn't get a map or any information about services, pool hours, etc. There were cackling Karen's until 1 am in the courtyard that kept waking us up. AC unit was also incredibly loud, it would scare me awake when it kicked on!

Bed was comfortable

Had a smell in carpet once you walk inside the building and Honestly breakfast was not so good they only had bagels and cereal smh

Room is big with large bathroom. Full size fridge and freezer with an ice maker. That's a great bonus feature. Great breakfast included. Comfortable bed and pillows. 2 tvs one in bedroom and one in living space.

More run down than expected for the price. Burners were broken, counter top on island needs to be reglued. If you lean in it it'll fall. Lack if kitchen towels and dish soap. Bedroom lighting could be better. Bathroom plug didn't work at all. Light above the bathroom sink was out but there was other lighting around the mirror as well as a sconce.

Breakfast was good and you can cook for yourself.

No TV Guide or even a listing of channels so no idea what's on and what channels are available. The receipt they emailed me is over $88.00 more than what Booking.com said it would be, I'm waiting for a call from the manager, it's happened before, getting really irritated about this. I stay at other Hilton properties and never have this happen so watch what they charge!

The breakfast was very good and edith deserves a pay raise. She a very good worker and very responsive to our needs

The noise level from the highway is bad, not much you can do about that.

Staff was excellent. Lobby very nice and Breakfast and Night reception were great. Room clean and bed comfortable.

Felt like I was sleeping on freeway, it was so noisy. Not able to switch rooms. Rooms in need of an update. Tub was rusty. Toilet didnt flush properly.

Loved the location. I like that there were a few different places to eat around the area. Love that we were close to walmart because we were passing through on our way to Texas and forgot a couple things.

The water pressure for the shower/bath. I like taking baths and the tub took forever to fill.
