The room was good-sized. The bars in the bathroom were a big help for the handicapped person we were visiting. We wanted a first-floor room and was able to get one. The staff was nice and helpful when we ran into things that didn't work as they should.

We weren't able to get any ice as the icemaker wasn't working in the fridge, and they didn't have any other way to get ice.They had to wait to get a part for it. We also had to have the TV remote exchanged.

24 hour access to laundry facilities, room was well stocked, nice checkout time(12:00pm)

Had to deposit $100.00! for incidentals, was not informed until we were on property,added a second night, had to deposit another $100.00 just to keep the room 1 more night! Plus neither deposit was cleared back to me so I had $200.00 waiting to be released! I was told my deposit could not be transferred to be used as the new deposit

Very nice room with all the amenities that one could want. Rhonda at the front desk was very helpful to say the least. Location, Location, Location was perfect for my stay.

Price for the 8 days that I stayed. Could have been a better rate since I didn't use housekeeping nor did I ask for towels or clean sheets. Rate could have been better for that reason.

Staff is friendly. Weight room (needs upgraded) convenience access to the rooms.

Homeless people everywhere on the property. My vehicle was broken into. Should have covered parking. No security.

Second time visiting this location. Kevin, working nights, is always the best. Funny, courteous, and efficient. Clean rooms always.

The location is the only thing that I have to complain about. Obviously there is no fault on the hotel for this. It's just quite the pain to be on a frontage road and have to drive in loops to get to all the very close restaurants and shops.

I liked how affordable it was, especially providing a kitchen. A nice and quiet place!

I don’t like how they don’t include the $100 deposit or the $5 a night parking fee on the booking even after you confirmed your stay!

Kevin at the front desk is amazing very nice very cool guy I can't say enough about him

This place is really nice every room has a kitchen the prices are reasonable it has a workout facility it has a store a little overpriced but if you need it it's there no harassment from any of the staff everybody's really cool especially Kevin

Room was clean and the associates were polite and friendly.

The tub in my room did not seal properly so I had to use a wash cloth to plug it. Told the gentleman at the desk and he said he could send someone up to fix it but I explained that it was fine.

Clean modern new rooms I love the staff they are all very professional, accommodating, friendly very welcoming.my favorite place.I went to the one in Scottsdale and they need to mimic the Phoenix staff and up grades. Would be there now but do to a staff error in payment and not being told immediately but 5 days in to my stay at the N Scottsdale location I have to wait. And unlike other places who try to cheat you outta your deposit or make you wait 5-10 days you immediately after check out get the whole $100 back 😊

Some of the shady looking/ acting people that have found out about this gorgeous place. Damn go back to the motel 6 or sleazy 8. And yes I'm judging we All do. And $100 deposit only because that could be an extra day stay.

It was clean convenient location close to airport

The first room air conditioner was broke so we had to move after we unpacked and was there for 3 hours
