Hilton Garden Inn Scottsdale Old Town

We had a suite, so it was a large and spacious room. The on-site amenities included a significant amount of outdoor space from private patios, to lounging areas, firepits and a pool. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was very walkable to Old Town Scottsdale shops, bars and restaurants.

$20 to pay for parking after we spent over $500 on a room. Seems petty. The other complaint we had is noise. The location is along a busier road that gets a lot of traffic day and night. We aren't light sleepers, but heard people and traffic outside at various points during the overnight. As nice as the pool is, it's also right next to the road, so that ruins some of the relaxation element.

Perfect location, clean room. Breakfast was ok, could've been a lot better especially when charging $24 for it.

Everything was good but what I liked the least was the breakfast. The cleanliness of dishes and cups could be better most had a smell to it. Coffee was good but was not readily available. The eating area was not as clean as the rest of the hotel.

Our room was perfect for my friend and me. We brought our golf clubs with us and the room held two bags of clubs and everything else we brought for a week's vacation. The beds were comfortable. The food at the restaurant/bar was really good. The location is perfect as it is super easy to walk around and discover Old Town. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn and will be staying here again the next time I come back to Scottsdale.

While in our room I could hear other people talking either in the hall or in other rooms. It was kind of loud and annoying. Also, because of covid we have to ask for housekeeping to clean our rooms and change our towels which we didn't do and I wish we had.

There for medical reasons. Staff was exceptional in accommodating our changing schedule. We also appreciated the complementary large water bottles in the lobby throughout the day AND night.

While the breakfast food was good, the waitresses were slow in their service. Usually pointing, as to.... "you get it yourself". So, if it's self-serve , prices should be a bit lower.

excellent location right across street from Old Town bars and restaurants. clean room nice pool area. easy parking . didn’t mind the $20 per night.

Very convenient to lots of things - walking and driving. Nice pool and outdoor lounging area with fireplaces.

The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan (or window). I thought that was against code. So when you took a shower the mirror and bathroom got all messy! And it wasn’t automatic to have your room cleaned/restocked with towels or supplies. We had a 4 day stay but had to ask for room to be attended to. That wasn’t communicated anywhere clearly. Didn’t like having to pay for daily parking. Missed that when making the reservation. May have opted for a place that didn’t charge for that. But I guess it worked out because we could walk places and not have to worry about parking.

Easy check in, nice staff. Room was clean and basic for a one night stay. Bed was ok. Only stayed one short overnight, so didn't get a chance to use any of the extra stuff (pool, fitness center, outdoor area).

the room was beautiful and clean. the free refreshments was worth it and outdoor area was gorgeous!

but the parking fee was not something I was expecting from a "Hilton garden inn" they should provide it for their costumers.

The hotel looks recently renovated. The room was clean and new. The breakfast was a great value. The chef made omelets for us.

The parking is confusing. You are not sure if you can park up ground or have to go underground. No parking room for visitors.

The location was great! Staff was helpful. Love the outdoor fire pits and the generous pool hours.Really like the style and the furnishings and Decour of the rooms
