This hotel is a hidden gem in Scottsdale. In the back you have a heated pool open Year around and family friendly and across the street you have an entire block of night clubs. ( No you can’t hear the music with your doors shut, you’ll sleep just fine) I highly recommend this hotel.. From the price, staff, food and location 5 stars a the way around. The BEST staff. When we arrived with 4 HUGE suitcases the staff was on their A game … immediately helping us unload our luggage from the car and bringing it to the room!! unheard of these days!!!.. but The one thing that truly sets them apart from other hotels is the safety. I was on a girls trip & came back to the hotel pretty tipsy & the staff walked my friend & I to our room making sure that we had made it there safe. Later brought us our door dash and never made us feel judged! if they have a room available GET IT you won’t be dissapointed!!

the grass, cleanliness and the pool

It had a comfortable bed and it was clean. Appreciated having a refrigerator. I LOVED THE BREAKFAST! It was great although- you really need to offer a little more vegan options. Potatoes cooked in butter weren’t a good option for me. Non dairy yogurts would be a good addition. The oatmeal and fruit were appreciated and the attendant/ server was SOOO NICE! The pool looked great but it was too chilly to use it.

When you walk in, immediately it’s the bathroom sink. And then the bathroom itself to the right. Interior a little too dark. It could use a refresh. I also do not agree with paying for nightly parking. That should be included.

I liked the breakfast as it was included in the room price. They even had a dairy free alternative for my cereal and tea. The location was great and most of the activities we wanted to do were within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Wifi worked well in the room.

The room was a little tired and could do with updating, for example the bedding and towels were worn. Also the bathrooms were a little dated, but clean.

The room was clean and had a nice bathroom. The receptionist indicated that it got noisy across the street because of clubs but I did not notice abnormal noise levels while I was there.

The breakfast service was a bit unusual. You had to stand in line to request the items you wanted for breakfast. Also the bed in the room was noisy and, apparently, not very comfortable for me. I did not sleep well the entire time I was there.

Breakfasts were excellent. Room service was fine. The pool was gorgeous but it and the air were quite hot. The room was very nice, bathroom was accessible for seniors.

Our biggest complaint wasn't with Best Western or the property but its location. The noise from nightclubs across the street and around the corner was quite loud and distracting. We had no idea where the noise was coming from initially. Earplugs were given us but they weren't an answer. Probably beyond Best Western's control but it took away from the enjoyment of our stay at this location.

Staff at the front desk was superb. They were very accommodating. I absolutely love the way you are running the hot breakfast. Being served what we would like is so much more personal, not to mention it's got to be an incredible cost savings for the hotel.

OMG...I can't say this enough...FOR GOD SAKE, PLEASE PUT A REAL PRIVACY DOOR ON YOUR BATHROOMS. WHILE I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE SERVICE, BECAUSE OF THE BATHROOM DOOR WITH LOUVERS, I WON'T COME BACK. I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE WHO THOUGHT IT TO BE A GOOD IDEA, BUT...THINK AGAIN.

Service breakfast was excellent, your housekeeping staff were super nice. Breakfast was fresh and very good, coffee could be a stronger(can’t stand weak coffee). I’ve machine needs fixing ASAP on 2nd floor.

I’ve machine not available on 2nd floor, didn’t like to pay for parking, pool closed too early, when I booked my site stated that I had balcony view, I didn’t and no view of the pool. Especially with a kid he would have loved having the view.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfort, the breakfast was very good, and the front desk service, as well as housekeeping , and the ladies that serve the breakfast was excellent, definitely stay at Best Western Plus Sundial again.

It is verry clean staf is great and breakfast is also nice We got a room with a jacuzzi witch was the best

The airco was terrible it was cool but the nois It looked like a plain was in the room So we put it out but we got to hot

We loved our room with the spa bath and balcony. The room was so cozy, clean and private. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The staff, especially the front desk, was so friendly and accommodating.

That we didn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back.
