The location was fantastic. Right in the centre of Scottsdale old town, with the huge Fashion Square Mall just over the road and lots of places to eat and drink. Our one bedroom apartment was far better than we expected with a spacious and light feel, the bedroom was large with a walk in closet. The bathroom had excellent water pressure for the shower. The kitchen had a full size oven and hob, a separate microwave and a large fridge/freezer. We were issued full instructions just before our arrival which initially seemed very complicated but actually it was all very easy. Parking is available but you must book ahead of your visit and there is a charge.

Just a couple of observations, there were very few glasses available in the kitchen cupboards. No cutlery basket in the dishwasher. And I really do feel a bigger duvet should be on the king size bed. It was just big enough to lay exactly on the top of the bed. Also, bigger pillows would be more comfortable, they seemed very small.

The front desk staff was amazing. We will consider staying here again. Close to shops.

The apartments at Sentral are very clean, sparsely decorated but perfect for a group who is in Scottsdale for the activities, not lounging around. The staff working the front desk are super friendly and helpful. They saved us from a key fob that had not been programmed correctly.

The key fob situation was a little ridiculous. We ran into another couple who said they’d been staying a few days and it was unreliable. It’s great to have strong security in the building, but the need to use the fob for any doors, the elevator, access to the unit means it has to work 100% of the time. Sentral has hopefully fixed the situation by the time I’m writing this review. :)

Location was great, right across the road from Fashion Square and a few minutes from Old Town. Room was great, basically a one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and everything you could need. I liked how they have it set up for working. Great big desk, comfortable office chair and even a monitor you can plug into. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was lovely, clean and modern. I would give it a rating of 10 if the below was not such a hassle

The checkin procedure was a headache. They send you a link and you have to answer all these irrelevant questions then upload ID then take a picture of yourself and its just a hassle, I just want to get there and pick up my key. I don't like uploading ID online. Also I had to go back and forth about parking because they wanted to charge me $20 but booking.com says its free. Anyway they did honor the free parking in the end but only after prompting them several times. I believe they have updated the parking fee on the site now.

apartment was rather bare. nothing in it except 4 cups, four glases, four forks/knives/spoons. oner serving of coffee and two packs of cream and sugar. minimal on toilet paper, paper towels, detergent. staff is relatively slow to respond in general but they are courteous when they do. night stands have power jacks but they are too far from the wall plug so they cannot even be plugged in because the power chord of the night stand is too short. quite a big miss on a basic feature. shower can be cleaner. it takes 10-15 minutes to redo gunky looking caulking.

Location was great - close to all the action in Scottsdale. The apartment was furnished nicely and was spacious. Having a kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit were much appreciated!

The mattress pad on the main bedroom was plastic and made the bed a bit hot and uncomfortable. The main bedroom got a little hot at night so you had to keep the door open to allow for circulation. Road noise was a bit loud at night, but if they build a building on the empty plot of land next door, that should help!

The location was perfect for my wife and I. Very walkable. We didn’t touch our car from the time we parked in the garage until we checked out. The facilities were very clean and we have already booked our next trip to this location.

We honestly enjoyed everything. From the smell of the building to our room size and amenities. The only thing we wish would have been different is darker shades on the windows. The room was very bright at 5:15 am.

Our apartment was spacious, well appointed and comfy. Hotel amenities were great with swimming pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, workout area and plenty of common areas to relax in and picturesque rooftop lounge. Complimentary coffee and water provided in lobby area. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of art galleries and restaurants, across the street from Fashion Square and close to Sky Harbor Airport.

Apartment kitchenette required a few more bowls, plates and coffee mugs and linens, i.e. kitchen towel, dish cloth, and heat resistant gloves.

A whole apartment for the price of a hotel room including washer/dryer. Pool, Hot tub, outdoor space beautiful. rooftop terrace. I did have to pay $20/dy to reserve inside parking since not much street parking and no outdoor parking lot on site.

Parking is expensive! There should be information available about the property, where to bring the trash, how to work the thermostat, etc, but you sort of have to figure this out by yourself-and it's not obvious. There is a coffee machine in the lobby but no cups. I'd like wifi but I didn't see any options for that.
