Senna House Hotel Scottsdale, Curio Collection By Hilton

This is a boutique-style hotel in my opinion. Mid to high-priced rooms. A gorgeous entryway, valet parking, courteous staff, the ambiance is soo chic and very current. Macrame and Gorgeous cacti and flowers all over the interior and on the patio outside of the restaurant. This is not a party hotel - this a high-end nice spot. We stayed in a 2-Queen room (3 gals) - Rooms were nice, new, clean - but small. Bathroom shower was very nice and nice lit mirrors to get ready and do make up - but a very small sink area and not a lot of space to move around at all. Beds a big TV - small Closet to hang clothes and dresser. One oversized chair and small side table squeezed into the corner and not great lighting in the hotel rooms itself...but nice make-up lighting in the bathroom. The Pool was gorgeous but it was too cold to swim and the pool bar never opened up for us once...it does not have a hot tub which would be soooo clutch and in my opinion, would have been a game-changer for out of town travelers to utilize on a cool Arizona evening. The food at the restaurant was amazing - cocktails and beers at the bar were ok but WAY overpriced $20 drinks - not much in between and seemed a little high in my opinion. The outdoor patio area outside the restaurant was cute and had fire places - cozy! The hotel was gorgeous but this is not a full service spot - The desk staff helped and brought towels, and tissue paper, etc.. when needed - we stayed 6 nights - I wouldn;t recommend for a 6 night stay - It is in a super location though - walking distance to shopping, food, bars, and sight seeing! Ubers were cheap to get around in as well and there are scooters to rent all over!

This hotel is in the heart of downtown Scottsdale. It is sheik and busy, but the staff and service remains professional and friendly. I would 100% go back. Thank you staff from reservations to valet drivers and restaurant staff for making my stay pleasant. And the price?! Wow!

I had breakfast and the food was seasoned well, but the grits were pretty runny. However, the restaurant staff and management were more than accommodating to resolve the issue.

Great pool that comes with a great view. Bathroom was nice, great shower, love the shampoo/lotions, etc., and the staff was so nice! The place smells amazing and is so relaxing. The interior was beautiful, but staff really is what made the difference.

Valet only parking option. Barely any street parking which doesn't even make it an option most of the time. Also, I wish there was a bartender at the pool.

Friendly, professional staff from valets to Restaurant crew! Modern, tasteful decor and overall cool vibes! Everyone we encountered was so helpful and attentive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, and modern bedroom and bathroom. Pool area and bar area had a great atmosphere without being overly crowded or loud.

More bottled water should be available in the room free of charge.

Staff was exceptional, valet parking was fast and couteous, design was fun !

On a Monday, morning, we had to wait for over 1/2 hour to be served our breakfast. There were only 4 guests in the dining room

The hotel was gorgeous. Everything from the lobby to the room was flawless. The lobby smelled heavenly, and it felt like I was in a resort. I had breakfast in the cafe in the morning and it was delicious.

Nothing.

A little loud at night from neighboring. Later food service would nice. Got in at 10 PM after long travels.

Great atmosphere. Elevator security good.

The nespresso machines. Couldn't figure out how to use them. Wish there was a regular keurig or coffee pot.

The loudness and allowing guests at the bar to overflow into the streets. Guests utilizing your bar/restaurant should be contained within the facility.
