Great pool and restaurant. Room was fantastic. Wished the upstairs deck patio had an umbrella.

Internet support and service was very poor. OLD connection verification process repeatedly failed. One specific Front desk employee - young male -was no help and passive aggressive. 3rd pary (COX?) Internet support on the phone required a property ID. No where to be found. COX support stated my Microsoft Surface laptop was the problem and that I needed to call the manufacturer. I use this everywhere for travel - no issues. Amateurs and lazy. Problem is their system. Would love to discuss this with someone who has actual understanding of network verification sign-on re IP, MAC, DNS redirect but doubt anyone will care.

The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and included a nice sized fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There was also dishwashing tablets, cleaning spray, and paper towels provided. Enjoyed the coffee provided and made a fresh pot everyday. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom as well as the cabinet for storage. Really enjoyed the private balcony. The pool was large and the pool deck clean. Fresh margaritas were awesome! We loved happy hour, especially when they had live music! The grounds were well maintained.

The villa was a little dark. It seemed to have several light fixtures but the draperies were dark and we couldn't really open the draperies all the way due to privacy.

Liked all the appliances, esp washer/dryer, lots of closet & storage space, and the furniture was comfortable & in good condition. Appreciated being able to have our grandchildren visit and use the facilities, esp the pool & putt putt course. We especially appreciated how accommodating the housekeeping staff was to our needs.

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at on our trip Camelback Resort was the only hotel providing only 1 packet of coffee. All 7 other hotels provided as many free coffee packets (and hot cocoa) as requested.

The entire concept and property is just fantastic. Especially if you have a family. There is a TON of things to do right on site for the entire family. Bocce, mini-golf, movies, games, pool, food, on and on. I also love that you get an entire apartment including a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and even a great patio area upstairs off of the bedroom. There is just so much good suff about this place. You've gotta check it out. For all that's going on, it's still quiet and very relaxing.

There is 2 things... One, upstairs could use a bathroom. Even a 1/2 bath would be great. The biggest thing that I didn't like was the odor. We were assaulted with the most pungent old man-cologne smell. It was like a few bottles of rotten cologne got dumped onto the carpets or curtains... As we walked in, we immediately opened ALL the windows & doors in an effort to clear the air. When you can taste the smell, you know it's WAY too much.

The resort has it all. You really could stay there without never leaving. The staff greet you when you go into office or drive by in carts as they work. The grounds are immaculate. They is a lot of activities including for kids, walking trail, pool activities, gym, spa. We never ate there but a lot of people were eating. Prices were reasonable and large variety. Kitchen was well equipped and washer and dryer appreciated. Location is great.

VGL(very good location). Overall the facility although old and looks little tired, is well kept and very clean. Late night check-in was very bad. ( our flt got delayed and reached at the facility about 1:00 am).Didn’t explore the pool facility as it was cold. Did a quick check of the heated pool and the water was almost cold. Hot tub temperature was good.

We kept our bath towels on the Towel bar and curtain rod( only one could be kept on the towel rod) to save water; the House keeping people kept replacing new towels every day - ( we were there for 5 nights). poor training of the staff.

The resort was low key and relaxed. While not particularly luxurious, the units were neat and clean, well stocked with kitchenware and the bed was comfortable. It was a great place to use as a base for our exploration of the area.

While the food was good, the choices for on-site dining was limited to one snack-bar type location with limited indoor seating. Great for snacks by the pool or a take and go sandwich, it is necessary to walk or drive to old-town Scottsdale to have real dining options.

Fantastic apartment, with large beds, and washing and drying facilities. As we were travelling around the South East, to have all of ur washing and drying done was great. For UK travellers, it took only 20-30 minutes to dry a full load! The terrace was lovely for evenings. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun loungers. Several USB chargers

Air con was not great so we didn't sleep well. The oven "hoods" were broken, so we could not enjoy the hot food.

The staff were excellent, they were caring, polite and knowlegeable. We checked in under Tara who was very patient and understanding. The GSM Sara is very knowledeable and helpful and very caring towards the staff she oversees as well as the guests. It is no doubt she makes you wish all bosses could be like her. Even the maintenance and housekeepers that you came across greeted you with a genuine compassion. The Villas were homey, roomy, comfotable and very clean and well kept.

That we didn't have more time to stay and that this resort/hotel has ruined all other ones I will ever stay at. There is never one that will compare.

The grounds are very clean . The resort is conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood. Sarah at the front desk is super friendly & helpful! The room was spacious & well appointed. We had all the items we needed & additional cooking items were available, upon request. The room was immaculately clean. Even the smallest details were attended to. For example, the cords to the appliances were all neatly wrapped and bundled.

I can’t think of anything that needs improvement.
