Booked a night here for a fun overnight stay for my family and I to swim and relax, I've stayed here previously and knew this was the perfect place. The staff is friendly and the value for money can't be beat. Not only are there complimentary cocktails every evening, the complimentary breakfast buffet is basically worth the price of the room itself. When we got here, we went straight to the pool and when we returned to the room, noticed it was a little warm and quickly realized the AC wasn't working. We called the front desk and they had maintenance there within 5 minutes, and in another 5 minutes the worker had fixed a valve in the ceiling and the room got cooler immediately. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

The only minor issue we had was there was spilled sticky coffee on the nightstand that very clearly indicated the nightstand had not been cleaned because I was able to wipe it away easily with a wet cloth. This would have been a bigger concern to me if everything else in the room wasn't as spotless as it was.

Room was large and spacious perfect for our family of five and our dog. Beds were comfortable and pillows were amazing. Breakfast was very good lots of options and the fruit was very fresh. Our kids loved the pool.

Pretty much all of the elevators were not working as a large family we needed to make multiple trips up and down the stairs. When we did get in a “working” elevator it was stifling hot inside and it took forever to move.

Everything is very nice here. The amenities and customer service were what was to be expected. Their gym is better than most hotel gyms by a long shot. My only complaint was the temperature of our room. We couldn’t get it below 75 in the suite at bed time and that made it difficult to fall asleep. They did supply us with a box fan, thankfully.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. That made it worth it alone. They also have a small convenience section to buy food at any time which was nice. Pretty nice gym for a hotel. I never made it back in time but the complimentary happy hour every night would have been fun. The rooms have a view on both ends of room since they are set up like a motel instead of hotel. The room balcony was pretty neat as well. Lastly, they have a restaurant/bar on site which was nice.

A little spread out property made it hard to find the gym. They dont do daily housekeeping unless requested. They use an actual bath rug instead of towel for shower.

The grounds and staff were very good.

Happy hour could be one of the worst I ever have been at. Limited beer choice. Hor d oeuvres selection was terrible. In my opinion just eliminate and offer cheaper drinks in that time period. Housekeeping for the room was not the best, but I understand the short staff issue.

The pool was so clean and well kept. Our suite was amazing for putting the kids to bed and being able to go to the living room to enjoy the evening after with tv and such. Each morning I went to the restaurant for food where they happily provided to-go boxes so that the kids that were still asleep would get some breakfast after 9.

I like everything. The only thing that would have made it better was a level one room because I had small kids and going up and down was a bit hard.

The hotel had an excellent location in Scottsdale. It was close to tons of shopping and really good restaurants. The pools were nice and the free breakfast was amazing; great selection. We loved the free happy hour too!

Although we had a great stay, the beds were really small: two doubles, which made it uncomfortable to share. We also didn’t like that you had to request for your room to be cleaned each day; although the lady that came to clean for us was super polite and sweet.

The outside grounds are well kept.

needs updating furniture in rooms and lobby very outdated. Paying 300.00 + per night Things need up dating. the sofa in our room had a huge tear in it and two electric plugs did not work. Staff at front desk does not greet you or even seem to care you are there. In lobby water & lemon empty at arrival at 5pm and still empty at check out at 9:00 pm. No cups and no water. Empty with lemons….

The breakfast and evening recreation were great with wide variety of good food and drinks

The reception lady on the morning during my check out was not cooperative and careless, I had a problem on my wi fi connection and she was carless

Due to the length of our staff, we weren't able to have room cleaned, which is fine. We requested fresh towels/wash cloths. For day 2 only received towels, for day 3, did not receive anything. Bathroom door kept sliding off the track.
