Ease of check in. Clean sheets and room. Staff was amazing. Had a slight mishap that wasn't any cause of the hotel. Somehow from when we returned from breakfast to leaving for the aquarium 2 hours later our windshield developed a crack from a visible chip that also appeared. Asked if they had cameras but none. The supervisor helped in every way possible, and took a little of the bill even though it wasn't there fault. Will definitely be returning. Plus we love the cookies.

We had an incident that happened there that ended with the police coming. My 14 year old was involved in a situation no parent wants. The front desk receptionist Christine and the security guard were excellent at helping us handle the situation and removed the person harassing her. We ended up still having a great time knowing we were being taken care of. It really is a great place to stay.

came for one night for an event downtown, hotel shuttled is to light rail in Tempe. the pool was very clean and large, water temperature was perfect. open till 10pm. beds and pillows very comfy. parking was very convenient to room. front desk staff very accommodating since I asked for room change. was offered warm cookies and free water bottles for our convenience. had the buffet for breakfast, enjoyed the potatoes and fresh fruit, bacon was over cooked and of poor quality.. nice supply of yogurts and breads.

wish there was an outdoor fire pit to accompany the community patio

It had an airport shuttle which was simple and quick picking up, they had a restaurant on site, they had warm cookies every afternoon, and the people were great. Les, the front end manager took great care of us and helped us out when there was a glitch with the booking online. He was so helpful and understanding while we figured it out!!!!

Enjoyed being able to find a shady spot outside to have coffee or read a book. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located near my son's home and graduation festivities. All staff was friendly.

Finding the room can be confusing. Room did not have a microwave, so I could not reheat the leftovers from my very large (and tasty) breakfast.

Room was large, overlooking pool. Had a nice bar ad restaurant. Pool was beautiful and well maintained however the grounds needed attention due to rude guests who left their party remains in pool area & outside of pool The Stogie group were loud &took over. The cigar smoke was annoying Cookies were great. Staff very friendly & helpful coffee &tea service in lobby

Staff was excellent. Great customer service, gave me a free soda for almost overcharging me but they caught it. Their is a 50 USD per night hold, FYI, that wasn't noted on Booking. Nice room, clean and soft bed.

Bathroom was a bit too small. When you have to maneuver your body to close the door, haha. TV was basic cable and no Netflix channel which I liked at other hotels.

Breakfast was typical motel breakfast as we stayed at 7 motels prior to arriving in Tempe. Should have been included in the room cost. Front staff was very helpful with smiles. Cleaning staff was just as helpful--In the room, Pine sol was a little strong smelling as I am sensitive and do not like that smell. Cleaners came in and wiped everything down and opened the windows. Did not get rinsed down very well. Love the place and grounds.

Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable, cost was reasonable, convenient location, and I appreciated the flexible cancellation had I needed it.

-Refrigerator was pretty small and was not clean. -We needed a toilet plunger at one point but it was around 9:30 pm and we were told the person from maintenance was gone for the night. They were super responsive when we called again in the morning but I found it odd that they couldn't/ wouldn't bring us a plunger when we needed it.
