Did not have breakfast. Location perfect for ASU softball games for my granddaughter. The staff is your shining star above all else. shout out to Grace at the front desk and Paul in security that helped me locate my husband who is confused and recovering from a stroke, Thank you all!

I prefer dinning in a restaurant. I resent paying for self parking. Online it said $12 but I was charged $16 per day. I prefer valet parking. I appreciate assistance with my luggage. The towels are being overly dried and retain am offensive burn smell. This over drying uses excessive energy and costs you money. The morning breakfast odors permeate the front lobby, not in a good way.

Same as my previous stay. Love the location and cleanliness of the hotel as it is within walking distance of the Rock n Roll races. Room is small but comfortable for price.

I unfortunately was disappointed with the staff of booking.com and the staff at the hotel this time around since I was still charged for a 3rd night despite me calling the day I made the reservation to adjust it and they had told me that they did no problem. Then I showed up to check in to the hotel late at night and the staff at the hotel told me that I was still booked for 3 nights but it was no problem they could adjust it. Lastly as I was checking out the lady told me that I was still booked for 3 nights and there was nothing they could do about it so that was disappointing because I may need to consider a different hotel next year I am doing this race even though I really do like this one.

The parking. The parking garage is shared with other properties and occasionally has issues with Hyatt hotel keys. The staff told us if there is an issue just take the card they give you and Hyatt will validate it. Well, go figure there was issues. We took the card got it “validated” and it still wanted to charge us 48 bucks to leave. We went back to the front desk and they validated it again just to have the same issue. We ended up just paying the 48 bucks because we were late for our flight. Really irritating and ridiculous.

Plenty of breakfast options. Convenient location close to restaurants and public transportation. Nice to know it had a bar, which I didn't use. The bed felt comfy and clean.

The AC unit was loud in my room. Made loud clicking noises when running. The shower head did not have much water pressure. The mini fridge in my room was difficult to open and close. There were a few marks on the rug before I got into the room. There was what looked like a cigarette bud under the desk in the room.

the rooms were decent sized, the beds and pillows were comfortable. And the breakfast was good. the hotel was within walking distance to many things so that was also a plus.

the pool was tiny for how large this hotel is and it says they have two pools, but that is not the case. there is only one pool and that is on the roof. the rooftop bar next to the pool never had someone in it and when the hotel was booked they didn’t say customers had to pay 15.00 a day to park in the parking garage. the front desk staff had only one nice and personable person named Grace and a gentleman that was there during the night. the rest of the front desk staff were not friendly at all.

Ver nicely maintained and professionally run hotel. It is not too far from many great restaurants and bars if you have car (otherwise, you may need to walk little further). Rooftop bar and srwimming pool has good view and beautiful sunset but with minimal service. Reception and breakfast place servers are very nice.

I think that it is littly pricey for the location. No great bakery or coffee shop nearby. Not much local information available at the reception.

Location is great, comfy beds, and breakfast is free. Nice rooftop bar but it was not open. Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. H-bar bartender was helpful.

Too expensive for providing no daily housekeeping. Booking.com advertised a room with a tumble dryer— they have no such rooms at this location. Hyatt points don’t apply if you use booking.com. Breakfast was poor— they couldn’t keep up with demand— ran out of almost everything all three mornings (oatmeal even!), yogurt station was sloppy, could have done with more cleaning, and those processed scrambled eggs could have at least been warm.

The breakfast was basic but good. I asked for a quiet room and that's what I received, which was great. The rooftop patio/bar was also a highlight.

The fixture over the sink in the bathroom was a little rough. The absence of amenities like dry skin lotion in the room was noticeable, but understandable considering the price point of this hotel. Also, it would've been nice to have a dedicated restaurant available on site, but again that could be a consequence of the price point.

The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection, fresh food and friendly service. It was nice to have the dining area so spread out and cheerful. We loved having a sitting area in our room.

We stayed for 4 nights and never got maid service. No fresh linens, garbage never emptied, bathroom was never cleaned. One day someone made our bed. Extremely disappointing

Great rooms, comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast and bar areas. Staff was wonderful.

Only down side was the walls to the outside were fairly thin, and there was a trash truck and a tow truck in the parking garage whose backup horns woke us up two nights in a row. Not really the hotels fault (and might have just been the specific room we were in), but still affected the stay a bit.
