We stayed at this hotel for ASU move in day. The staff we super friendly and they understood the various needs that come up for families who are coordinating a student's move-in into the dorms. The free valet parking was great and the facilities were well maintained. Our room was very comfortable. They offer a lovely breakfast buffet on site and needless to say, the centrality of the hotel's location makes ideal for those visiting ASU. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have no complaints about the service or facilities.

PERFECT location to ASU Football Stadium and right on Campus. Mill St. was right at the corner ( 500 ft?) with a Starbucks and many fantastic bars and restaurants. Culinary Dropout Restaurant is fantastic and Rustlers Roost is 15 minutes. Go at night for the view. Phoenix Zoo is 5 Miles away and Sky Harbor Airport 5 Miles. loved the Pool with Cabanas and a Bar. 101 and 202 access right up the street. Easy in Easy Off. Sedona is a must and Jerome with the Grand Haunted Hotel. 2 hrs but would not suggest going North on a weekend due to traffic so plan accordingly. We planned well and avoided it and arrived in 2 hrs. Make sure you gas up before the journey. Will definitely stay at Tempe Mission Palms next time we visit. Free Parking too.

Beautiful location and pool. This is our 4th time staying here.

For the cost per night, it is very disappointing that you do not offer complementary water. The water in the room is free to "members" which I am. However for those who are not, you're charging $5 per bottle of water. So $10 for two bottles of water. Those same waters are 2 for $3 at the Safeway. It's kind of shameful how you nickel and dime people who are paying a fortune to stay there.

great location….lovely grounds…..beautiful common areas and pool! staff always available and accommodating.

rooms were just “normal” couldn’t move tv to easily view when in the seating area…..expected more “luxury” in suite…. had to request microwave and then set it on desk to be able to use….

Staff was great. Everyone was friendly and willing to help.

Could use some updates. Some of the tile was cracked and some of the veneer was peeling off the counter in the bathroom. Just little things you notice. Also our room was right above where they serve breakfast in the morning. If you like to sleep in ask for a room away from that area. It was slightly noisy.

Didn't have breakfast there but the menu looked good. The free coffee in the room was good.

The first night I made the mistake of having a room facing the front street where the bars were very loud. I could even hear the DJ trying to get everyone to leave at 2:00 in the morning. Fortunately they moved me to a room facing the courtyard for the rest of my stay that was very peaceful.

Breakfast was good. Pool area and courtyard very pleasant.

The parking and access to building is somewhat odd. All parking in front is valet with self parking along rear and back. Too close to airport with planes flying low and close all day. While at pool could not hear each other talk until planes landed.

Quality throughout. Staff very accomodating. The area the hotel is in has many shops and restaurants. The pool has a bar on the same level but when it's closed it's simple to have drinks brought up from the bar. Restaurants are on site.

Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful.

Loved the courtyard, fountains and pool area. Great location within walking of bars and restaurants and easy access to any of our day trips. The breakfast was very good too. The best part of the stay was the staff. The staff were courteous, responsive and genuine kind and nice in all areas from housekeeping, pool bar staff, front desk, and valet. I can't remember having a better customer service experience. Will be back!
