The rooms have been upgraded from years past. If you know what you are looking at they have worked hard to make it better. The bathroom was great, a good area to walk around. Good Direct TV in the room for the evening. Overall more needs to be done on the property but it was very nice. The breakfast bar was good for a quick bite to get out and see Arizona.

The indoor outdoor carpet outside was in bad shape, and I'm sure it's on the list to be addressed along with the interior carpet.

Location was good, since the town is not that big, almost everything is at walking distance. Breakfast was good enough. Many parking spots available. Coffee machine in the room.

Breakfast was good enough, but it would have been nice to have waffles, eggs, or meat. The fridge or something in the room made noise at night. The train made noises that might annoy some people but it's not that bad and it would affect any other hotel. No microwave in the room (but one shared outdoors).

- Really friendly receptionist on arrival and during breakfast times, made us feel very welcome. - Room was clean, shower was good, and lots of in-room amenities. - Great price for the location just 1 hour from the Grand Canyon and situated on the old Route 66.

- Breakfast didn’t have the widest choice (not really any hot food options) but we found something to suit us.

My new favorite place to stay in Williams. Comfortable, clean rooms. Key card access, deadbolt, and door latch for room security. Renovated rooms include refrigerator and coffee maker. Quiet and excellent selection of breakfast items (yogurt, cereal, hot cereal packets, Hostess donettes(!), coffee, etc. Overall, this is a great value and far exceeded my expectations.

No microwave in room which would have been a nice add. Would be a courtesy for us non-smokers for management to designate a smoking area away from the rooms as there is plenty of space in the middle of the parking area. There is a bar across the street which has live music on weekends but it wasn't overly loud. Freight trains roll by early AM but nothing the property can do about that.

It was very clean, safe, the location is great you can drive 1h to the Grand Canyon and some other attractions are close.Breakfast included some warm drinks, cakes and stuff.Walking distance to the restaurants.The reception persons are very nice people always helpful.If you ever come the AZ I recommend to stay here ! Great price great value !

Free continental breakfast was a bonus., quickly replenished and good variety to get you on the road. Room heating was easy to control and very welcome as it was freezing. Bed was comfy and extra quilt was very handy. TV worked and wi-fi was good.

Could do with some form of heating in the bathroom! A room safe would also be appreciated.

The front desk very friendly, got to room, small but very comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean, bathroom.was clean good size - Bed was so comfortable, large tv with too many channels lol - just a perfect stay

Only thing I'd would change is the complimentary breakfast, include yogart, and orange juice not Sunny D

The room was older but very clean and smelled good too. Check-in was pleasant.

The day we arrived was cold and snowy. The heater worked well. However, the bathroom was completely done in tile both the floor and the shower. No heat in the bathroom other than leaving the door open. The floor was very cold on the feet and uncomfortable in the shower too. Otherwise, the check-in very pleasant and a clean room. The folks we traveled with said the exact same thing regarding the cold bathroom also in their room next to ours.

No breakfast due to covid. The location was on the main strip which meant when we parked in front of our room, we didn’t have to move the car. We walked since everything such as food and shopping was in walk-in distance. Will def recommend to anyone coming to this area.

We are easy to please so was happy with everything but if I could think of something to better the stay, I’d recommend a larger bathroom vanity to be able to place personal bathroom items on. We just were really happy with our stay. Thank you!

We found this hotel as a means to stay near the Grand Canyon so we could drive up into the park for a day. We didn't realize that Williams itself is the cutest little town! Located on Historic Route 66, there are so many restaurants, bars, and shops, and even a fabulous little winery all in walking distance of this hotel. Williams was an unexpected hidden gem.
