This motel was so clean! I also loved that they had chairs outside the doors. I really enjoyed sitting outside in the morning, wrapped in my blanket (I was cold!), waiting for my daughter to wake up. It was nice to be able to open the windows and let some cool evening air in, and in the bathroom to let the steam out. The flowers on the property were so pretty and well taken care of. The main strip was within walking distance so that was nice. The people running the place were very nice!

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. The rooms are pretty small (nothing can be done about that though). In the bathroom there was nowhere to keep a toothbrush. It also would have been nice to have accessible outlets near the mirror so I could see what I was doing when blow-drying my hair, or put a mirror closer to that outlet. Our TV was kind of wonky, but it could have been user error.

Great location, clean room, comfy bed, and friendly staff.

There was heat coming out of a vent on the wall and it made the air conditioner not work as well. I don’t know if it was a hot water heater or furnace, but it was very warm in the room. It was nothing we couldn’t deal with-just a little warm for July.

I was pleased from the time I walked into the office to register to the time I checked out. During check-in, the staff person outlined interesting and useful items about the area and presented me with coupons for discounts at several area restaurants. Once in my room, I was impressed that the air conditioning was on, the room was at a pleasant temperature, and everything was very clean. I would certainly stay at this hotel again!

The parking was a little tight as there was some equipment being stored there for some property repairs that were ongoing, but it was adequate for my purposes.

We booked the 3 queen bed room & from the picture it was just a big room with 3 beds, no problem. What we got was a nice 2 room suite. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated and very clean!

No breakfast but it did not say it offered one so not really a big deal. The usual awful little hotel in room coffee maker with horrible coffee. I really dont know where they get such bad coffee. I always drink it hoping for a different outcome. Lol

Good location in town, wonderful recommendations of activities, good restaurant recommendations, very clean room. From the way things looked from the porches, steps, lobby, and my room, they take pride in keeping the place in very good condition. I think it is a family owned and operated - I am from the south and we call it a "Mom & Pop" business - they definitely know their stuff - I would highly recommend staying at this location!!

Having breakfast available . . .yet coffee is available to fix in the room. a microwave and fridge is in the room to keep breakfast items if you want. Again the place is close to the main part of town, and if a person wanted, they could stop for a bite close by.

The room was clean and comfortable. Although it is an older motel it is clear that the owners have pride in the property and it is well maintained and efforts have been made to update the rooms (our room at least, obviously I didn’t see the all). I found it to be an excellent value and it exceeded my expectations.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a 3 queen suite that had 2 queens in one room and a separate room with the 3rd queen, which was nice. There was a Jack and Jill bathroom in between.

The floor was creaky/squeaky in several areas. We were on the 2nd floor and got in late so we were paranoid that we would be waking anyone that was in the room below ours.

The rooms were recently remodeled, a great size, and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The Motel is in a great, central location close to everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our neighbors in the room next to us spent a lot of time smoking pot outside their door and we could smell it in our room some, but that was not the fault of the motel. Besides that, we had absolutely no complaints.

It was renovated and done well. Cozy good location.

Being on the top floor was a challenge I have prosthetic knees and climbing stairs was the only way up. We asked for a bottom floor if possible but, I guess it wasn't available. It was the last room. The only kink was the TV or Direct TV kept going out while we were watching it. No way for us to fix it. Did it the majority of our stay there.

The motel looks rundown from the outside but it's actually really great! My only wish is that it was a little closer to the Williams AZ strip of restaurants - but with a price like this, I can afford to walk the extra two blocks. The matress was new and bamboo and the blankets were warm and the heater was warm too - and NOT too warm. It was a great place to stay. I'll stay there again.

N/A It could've been closer to other stuff in Williams but we are literally talking about 2/10s of a mile.
