The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms and property were clean and well lit. This is a brand new property. Basic, but had some really nice finishing touches. Very easy to find from the highway and very close to historic Williams. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spa like. I didn’t want to leave the shower! It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to stay to visit the Grand Canyon if you aren’t staying in the park itself. Just an hour drive north.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like!

Hampton Inn in Williams was awesome. Facility was new and clean. The staff was super helpful especially because we arrived at 3:30 am because our rental car had a flat tire. We left the car key at the main desk and had to leave early to get to our next destination before the tow truck arrived to pick up the damaged rental car. The staff made the transaction super easy and even called us to let us know the tow truck driver had gotten the key. The breakfast was better than expected! Fresh waffles with fruits and whipped cream, scrambled eggs, and bacon, as well as cereal, yogurt and all the accessories. We were pleasantly surprised.

The room felt and looked like it was brand new. While the continental breakfast was severely lacking, we did enjoy the waffle station; the cinnamon waffles were delicious.

The breakfast was low quality compared to previous Hampton Inn stays across America. First morning was egg with severely overcooked ham, while the second was egg white frittatas that were rubbery with the driest turkey sausage. We didn’t try the potatoes either day because they didn’t look appetizing.

Great deal for the money through Booking.com. We prefer Hampton but cannot always afford it. The room was big, clean, comfy and the bathroom was roomy too. Breakfast was excellent. That is an important factor for me when I book a hotel for our vacation or travel.

The location was within driving distance to so many fun things.

We were on the first floor - I can't recall the room number but it was like 4 rooms down. It was SO loud during the day and at night. The breakfast was meh. The bathroom has a barn door and so there is zero privacy. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room air circulation wasn't the best I woke up each night super congested and coughing.

The breakfast was awesome. The hot drinks in the lobby were great, too

Not enough parking! And very little salting or clearing of the snow and ice. Sooo slippery! There's no way they had as many parking spaces as they did rooms. Didn't help that one whole chunk was reserved for electric cars.

It was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I loved the liquid hand soap and lotion on the wall, and the shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower. Great water pressure too! The front desk staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Lots of options!

The barn door was difficult to open and shut, and didn’t fully close to the bathroom.

Price to performance ratio is right. A beautiful hotel with a view of the mountains. Although it is close to the highway our room was quiet. The rooms are very clean, the reception was very nice and the breakfast (and service) was very good. There were also fresh waffles. Very tasty.

In a quiet location ,close to town. Luisa at the front desk is incredibly efficient ,friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Breakfast has many options but the eggs and sausage were frozen pre-cooked and heated. There were plenty of other options.

Modern, clean and welcoming. Good selection for breakfast too, with a good opening time of 6am, which was really useful as we were travelling to Palm Springs from here.

Location felt a little sketchy at night, however, appreciate this is not within the hotel’s control.
